Awful mounting design and this is your "Pro Version". For what you spend on these lights you would expect better mounts for the lights. Every video out there shows the lights come with a nice mounting bracket the goes over the light, clips to the cord, and screws in. Not at all what you get. 1. The 3M tape is a joke even with prepping properly the tape will not hold long enough to finish one string before they start falling off. 2. The mounting clips they do send only comes 5 per strand of lights. Not nearly enough to make up for the lack of performance from the 3M tape. Lights still come off between the clips. 3. Returns is where they make there money!!! When I inquired on retuning them I have to pay for the shipping and there is a 25% Restocking Fee. Are you kidding me. No wonder you make it hard for people to enjoy them when you make so much off the restocking fee. Don't waste you your time or money on these lights. They are anything but permanent!!!
