Govee supports local API control. You need to enable it from the settings of the light. You can also use it with services like Home Assistant. Once enabled, you will still have control of your lights even without internet as long as you're on the same network (must be same subnet to work).
Love these just installed my Govee pro outdoor lights and already getting great comments from the neighbors, and I didn’t even master the app yet which is simple to use just getting use to where everything is. Light game changer for sure. Great video here my guy thanks 🦾💯
Same bro! My neighbor next door to me said my Govee's are her favorite lights yet (she said it right before Halloween). They definitely set a statement and make your house look cool! Appreciate the love man! The app got so much going down. It's a little confusing but there's a lot to do with it.

Can you set a specific bulb to a color for a trend like red, green, red, green or are they still only able to set four bulbs in a row to a specific color??
Im stuck between finish installing the Govee RGBIC 1st generation outdoor lights, or take them down and return them for the Govee PRO ones. Im just not sure if I want to spend the extra $400 for the PRO ones. Is it worth it??
I like the pros because of the dedicated white channels. To me the warm white looks a hell of a lot better than the non-pros because I've seen it in person... I don't like the cool white. Plus if you want to be able to cut it and do all that... go pros.

I think I saw a TH-cam video of somebody installing a track. Idk where it's at but I think it's out there on TH-cam.

No, you can set specific lights. I do it for when the Chicago Bears are playing. You can set that to an animation too.

Well to be fair... if you compare this to a "professional" install of something that isn't even smart, this ain't too bad.
3k plus for professional installation ,I think 3/400bucks is a decent price especially for long term lights
