Ghostbusters! Ecto 1 & Ecto 2. Superfan Creates his own Ghostbuster Cars!

- The Ecto 1 and The Ecto 2 have to be some of the coolest movie cars ever created. This Ghostbuster Superfan has created his own replica Ghostbuster Cars. Minus the 59 Cadillac. He has created these classic Ghostbuster Cars out of some 80's classics. Two 80s Crown Victorias. Not an exact replica of the Ghostbusters cars, but it's some AMAZING Fandom in my opinion and I love it.

True hardcore fans ^^ your Ecto 1 is exactly what I was expecting from 2016. Not that dumpster fire on wheels we got. also does the strobe lightbar on ecto 2 work? and the Crown Vic is my Dream car, so that they are both 1980s Crown Vic's Perfect!

Those are incredible! The only thing I would do is put a satellite dish of some kind on Ecto 2’s roof rack. really any one would look good.
This is just a replica of the Ghostbusters Ecto-1 car.
The Ecto-1 vehicle in Ghostbusters is a 1959 Cadillac.
This one is a Ford LTD Crown Victoria Station Wagon.
And, the Ecto-1 license plate is supposed to be New York.
That one's Minnesota.
I saw a car like this in Norco, California; It was sitting out front of a mechanics shop. Either the car was getting a tune-up or the building was haunted.
Anyway, the car had all the bells and whistles (from what I could tell), and it even had a nice metal Slimer as the front hood ornament/emblem.
It was so cool looking.
I still wanna see the Caddy from the original Ghostbusters.
I just HAD to stop and take photos/video.

What program do you use for editing in the streams and fire? Did you have to frame by frame to edit it in?
Adobe premier. "Lightning Effects" And yeah have to go in frame by frame and edit the starting and ending points to the lightning. Do some other stuff to make it look like a proton stream and not just lightning. Could be better. Could be worse. Adobe after effects would work better.

😢 I am one of the biggest Ghostbusters fans in the world I used to have every toy from The Real Ghostbusters by the way I like how they put on the ecto-1 Slimer on the top just like he does on the intro of The Real Ghostbusters cartoon these cars look cool. I like how they got the ecto-1a looking exactly like Ghostbusters 2. I would love to have a proton pack I wouldn't sell my soul but I've been wanting one that makes noise it doesn't have to be the best looking one. I used to have my original one when I was a kid that was Tenors then I had my own flight suit which they never made my dad made me my own flight suit and on each arm had the Ghostbusters one patch in the Ghostbusters 2 we had a severe fire in the house and I lost all of my toys my firehouse from Ghostbusters The Real Ghostbusters melted I actually saw all my stuff melted in the front yard talking about crying and still today get emotional about it. I remember my family would take out money that they didn't have to buy me Ghostbuster stuff I used to have the the pillow cases that glow in the dark with the logo. I wish I could find a local Ghostbusters chapter around my area in Florida in the St Petersburg Tampa Bay area. And if they said would you like to come out with us we'll get you a a flight suit you might have to pay for some of the stuff but we'll try to get you something I would do it there's one here in St Petersburg they actually use it looks like it's not a PT Cruiser it's the Chevy I forgot what it was called but it looks like the PT Cruiser dolled it up with the lights in the top of it and they came at my movie theater where they had Ghostbusters running for three nights and I went and watched him like three times if I had the money I would buy every single pack hang them up on the wall and get one from like the Ghostbusters video game has all the attachments on it they have the Slime the boson darts and all that some guy tried selling me one for like $1,000. I just don't have that type of money and it's not cheap I understand people are so good at crafting stuff they got a 3D printer that they've had they can do it it doesn't take that long and it doesn't cost that much I would give anything if somebody said you want one help me make it which I would definitely do and you get your own proton back I came across this video and I appreciate you doing this video I know it's only 4 years and I'm speaking about it but thank you for doing this I appreciate everything Ghostbusters except 2016 all female cast I don't like that Ghostbusters that doesn't exist to me sorry that hurts people's feelings. And sorry for talking so much I have ADD and ADHD so I don't know when to shut up so I'm going to do that right now I hope you have a wonderful day and thank you for this video💯🤙

nice to be a GB fan but honestly , NO offense but if your going through all that trouble of restoring a car with GB parts, mine as well do it right with the original....its gay if the original model vehicle is not used if your trying to continue the tradition tho....

Thank god he didn't ruin any hearses with these ridiculous Ghostbusters' Ecto conversions! I'm getting sick of seeing them! I've owned two hearses, and I would constantly hear from people, "You know what would be cool? If you made that into a Ghostbusters' car." No, that would not be cool!!! Half of these people would inquire, "How do you drive that?", followed by an explanatory, "That's freaky, I could never drive one." Well, if you can not even drive one, where do you get off telling me that it would be cool to convert it to some cheesy played out vehicle??? Would they drive it then, and if so, does that mean they want me to convert it so that is one less thing in this world they don't have to face that freaks them out??? Anytime I see any of the ridiculous converted hearses, it saddens me, whether it's an Ecto, or if it's a lifted conversion to turn it into some 4 x 4, or some other cheeseball look, for example: some Road Warrior stylized look with skulls everywhere and flames, both painted on, and coming out of either the exhaust or the hood. Any of those lame, unimaginative, noncreative conversions piss me off, but especially the Ectos conversions because for it to be a true replica requires a '59 Cadillac which is not only one of the most sought after model years of hearses, but also because they are quite limited in number. Only 2,184 professional cars were made in 1959 on the Cadillac commercial chassis, and not all of those were hearses, some were flower cars, ambulances, and combination cars. How many of those are still in existence? I have not a clue, but given a limited number to begin with, then dwindle that number down over time, add to it the high demand for that particular model, and it becomes nearly impossible for one to acquire one of these vehicles . . . unless one has a lot of money to spend, and even then it will take quite a bit of luck and even more time to find one for sale, and to beat everyone else to it. That is why it pisses me off to see these beautiful vehicles given no respect, and just destroyed by these Frankensteins!!!!
