    0:00:00 Intro
    0:00:50 Number 1 bedbugs
    0:01:15 Number 2 fleas
0:02:12 Number 3, Mice and rats
    0:03:30 Number 4 Beetles
    0:04:06 Number 5 Ants
    0:04:34 Number 6, Spiders
0:05:34 Number 7. Slugs and snails
    0:06:14 Number 8, Squirrels
    0:06:47 Number 9 Fruit flies
0:07:19 Number 10 Ticks and bug bites
For many people, the powerful smell of eucalyptus in Vicks VapoRub, brings back memories of childhood and being tucked up in bed with a cold. But Don’t leave vicks gathering dust in your medicine cabinet. there are plenty of clever uses for VapoRub that have nothing to do with a congested chest. Vicks vapor rub is concocted from several essential oils such as camphor, eucalyptus oil, menthol, cedar leaf oil, nutmeg, thymol, and even turpentine oil.
Each of these have their own unique scent, which is so potent that it produces a mild heat wave when applied to the skin.
If there is one thing that all insects have in common, is their dislike of a minty scent, and vicks contains a lot of it
Number 1 bedbugs If there's one thing a bed bug can't stand, it's the smell of Vicks vaporub. Bed bugs are known to hate essential oils, and the strong, menthol scent of vicks makes them sick. Apply Vicks to your hands, feet, neck, and any other exposed area of skin before sleep, to prevent bed bugs from biting you.
Vicks can also be applied to the legs of the bed to prevent bed bugs from climbing onto the bed.
    Number 2 fleas
Camphor is a white crystalline substance obtained from the tree Cinnamomom camphora and used for centuries as a spice.
It’s also an ingredient of Vicks.
This substance is an insect repellent and can be used to deter fleas on humans. Vicks VaporRub also contains cedar leaf oil, which acts as an insect, mosquito, and fleas repellent in its natural state.
However, the story for dogs and cats is not so good.
This is true for many medicines for humans.
What is good for us, is not good for pets.
Vicks vapor rub contains camphor products, menthol, and nutmeg oil.
These ingredients are toxic to both dogs and cats.
It doesn’t matter the delivery system, rubbing it on, or using a vaporizer, this product should not come anywhere near your pets.
    Number 3, Mice and rats
Mice may seem furry and cute to some people, but you really don’t want them in your house.
Mice can carry diseases and move into your living space.
This all natural solution is going to take care of your rat and mice problem by repelling them and killing them, and the best thing is you probably going to have all the ingredients you need in your home already.
So you are going to need
2 cookies, plain biscuit-style, that will be crushed into a powder

Vicks is a cure all for so many things. My sister had acne when we were younger, my mom told her to use Vicks on her face, a daily regimen, today she has a beautiful complexion . We're in our 50s and 60s now. Thanks Mom I miss you.❤

I spent one summer in Louisiana feeding the local bugs. I obviously have the good blood. A kind older lady in a store felt pity on me and turned me onto vicks. I use the lavender scent. I keep a jar on my front porch now and when I sit or go outside i put a few small dabs on my ankles elbow neck & wrists. I am no longer on the menu.
I'm headed to put some on the kitchen sill. I hope to screw up the ants' day.

At 0:47 the video that accompanies the voice-over discussing bed bugs shows what appears to be an arachnid, perhaps a tick, sporting eight legs (or at least four on the side which is visible.) My understanding is that bed bugs are insects and as such are limited to six legs. Still, I appreciate the tip about Vicks vaporub, and I'll try it.

NOTE: DO NOT USE THE BAIT BALLS IF YOU HAVE CATS OR DOGS, OR TO POISON OUTDOOR RODENT INFESTATIONS. IT WILL MAKE OTHER ANIMALS THAT THEN EAT THE RODENTS SICK, OR EVEN KILL THEM.

Get some Jiffy cornbread mix that has the honey in it and baking soda. Mix half-and-half in a little container put it in a couple places you see the mice coming in or the rats. They eat it because it has the honey in the Jiffy the one with the little utensil with honey dripping off of it and because they can't pass gas from the baking soda they go off and croak. It works. I got this idea from my Farmer Rancher on TH-cam

I was working in a hospital I end up with bed bugs in my house, I tell you it started off with one I seen I clean, spray and wash yet it was not enough it became to be lots and lots of bed bugs I had to move and I had to leave a lot behind. I got a new place now no bed bugs. Those bugs was bitting me leaving marks on my body I could not sleep. But when I moved and left things that I didn't want to leave behind, I got no bed bugs now. That was years ago.

The rat thing I don't know if it works or not...(doubt it) but if it does you don't want the rats walking away and dying somewhere else like under your fridge or oven or even worse in the walls or attic because then your just gonna be dealing with a horrible smell of death in your house. That goes for just about any poison! The old fashioned spring traps are about the best thing it's a quick snap to the neck also instead of a slow poisoning death

Sticky traps and some peanut butter remain undefeated for mice ever since a pest control guy who came to my job and told me. Apparently they can't keep themselves away from peanut butter.

In@@orlandosimpson8404I am using DR Catch mouse traps. Smear a dab of peanut butter on the Bait cup, set the trap, and BAM. I killed 10 mice in two days with these. Unlike the old vic traps, I never touch the dead mouse, and I don't have to worry about breaking a finger by accident.

I'd like to add anybody out there who has a toenail fungus all you have to do is put the Vicks on your toenails on the fungus of course the whole toenail and under if you can and then put your socks on and sleep and do that for two weeks and you'll notice that the fungus is dying and dead I don't know exactly if it's the eucalyptus I'm not sure but my doctor told me to use it because the things on the market were not working for me and trust me it kills the fungus.
