As a child who owned most of these toys as a baby-9 years old, i can say that most of the baby ones (speak n spell, robot, shark, fire truck, mike, snake and troika) were broken and thrown out. Baby toys are often used so much or wear down over the years that their playability, electronic components and material break down or at best Andy outgrew them and stopped playing with them. My parents never donated baby toys due to how used and old they were

In a character interview with Stinky Pete, admit that he likes being facepainted by Amy, which confirms that even if it was a living hell at the start, Pete got used to it and started to realize that he's being loved by a kid, which he hadn't experienced before due to he wad never sold. Sure, he could have been sold to a collector after Amy outgrew him but still.
my theory about stinky Pete is that Amy defaced him with her childish scribbles so much his value plummeted to the point where even an empty soda can would be worth more in comparison. And I can imagine if he should appear in toy story 5 it would be most likely to seek vengeance on Woody for making him completely worthless along with Lotso who would now smell like a piece of crap covered in dead bugs and garbage juice. I know this may be unlikely because of how dark it sounds but villains never forgive and forget.
I think it’s confirmed Pete ended up liking his new owner after getting to experience what it’s like to be played with, so while he may has lost his collector’s value he’d still have “Amy value” Lotso on the other hand yup… I completely agree and wouldn’t mind him coming back as an ugly horrific piece of trash out for revenge

And about shark he probably took his squeaker out of him so wheezy could play it is a woody and gabby situation where shark and woody who wasn’t getting played with much gave someone else a item for there dream could be fulfilled and was not successful in the way you said wheezy was sold so he was played with in a different house with a different child and gabby did not get with harmony but was given to someone else

You know, Bud Luckey also voiced Rick Dicker from The Incredibles, but since he died during production of Incredibles 2, Johnathan Banks took up the mantle, so he could probably take up voicing Chuckles, as well.

Obviously, Ken and Barbie became the leaders after Lotso was gone, making Sunnyside much better (by having the toys taking turns between the nice and rough playtimes). I think it's safe to assume many of the toys at Sunnyside (even Lotso's henchmen like Big Baby) stayed where they were. Even in Toy Story 3, Big Baby and the other toys turn against Lotso after they see his ruthless nature. Then, Sunnyside saw the arrival of Zurg and the Green Army Men in the film's epilogue.
You know, Sarge and the paratroopers could have made an appearance in Hawaiian Vacation. They could have taken the roles of Captain Zip-It and the LEGO mini-figures, and helped out their old friends in organising Barbie and Ken’s staycation.
