Find your explanations very useful including the " daft light thingy" clip. The manual is not easy to understand so if you get your head around it probably do some more, sounds childish but it works. Just this afternoon scrolled through some of the left bottom readouts, ( called display 2 ) some very useful but you need to explore them. Had a look at the "fuel used" selection and going to compare that to the amount it takes to fill the tank and give an indication how accurate the readout is. There is probably some logic in what the buttons functions are, the mode seems to select the next field on the screen etc.
