Source files can easily be archived in thumb drives or sd cards to save hard drive space. For video editing programs i dislike the ones that do 1000 kinds of wipes and other shitty effects which quickly ruin a video in the beginning when theres more wipes than video.
Hi, can explain more on what do you mean reframe all files as soon as possible after shooting? Is it can be done on smartphone or only possible with laptop. Total newbie here. 5:31
Great list. I've had my camera about 2 weeks and I'm still testing things. Let me ask you, I've developed a routine now where i take my camera footage, upscale it to 4k using studio, and then push that out with some features in imovie also output in 4k. I can't tell if that is truly better quality on youtube vs starting with the source file not upscaled to 4k in 360 studio. Does it make a difference? The file size upscaled is certainly bigger! Thanks!

Great tips. Do you batch export (several files at once?) When batch exporting, there are different parameters to select compared to just exporting a single file. ex. Bitrate selection is either High (Recommended) or Extremely High. There is no selection for choosing the bitrate by number up to 200. Also the AI Effects Remove Grain is an option with Batch Exporting while it is not when exporting a single file. Is that everyone's experience? When selecting a single video, the file sizes are roughly double if you max out the quality settings. I am on Insta360 Studio 2023 4.7.1 the latest version to date.
I have issues with go pro so shooting single lense 4k is way better on insta 360 x3 with the new updates

It can be done on the smartphone as well as with the desktop app. The original files will occupy a lot of storage ...

Upscaling it will just make a small difference - it will make a bigger difference if you export in ProRes. But for TH-cam 4K will definitely help

Nice video but this is definitely not a 360 degree video on the move. What you are having is a single video.
I got my X3 then regretted it, as Low light footage is very bad 😢
