my eyes are dream filled
and my dreams hold
those past moments
when she arrived
to take over my feelings
and nestle in my heart
how can I describe to you
that beloved face
hidden in her tresses
like a dew washed blossom
behind a pall of fog /mist
like the moon behind the clouds
peering through the curtain of night
like a morn bright and brilliant
her eyes an ocean of dreams
that held a sparkling spread
of stars of love
each wave of her words
a shower of pearls
the echo of silver anklets
wine spilling breaking into a goblet
like hidden hands stroking

like a song serenading

how sweet those words
how strange those encounters

her words like honey

that existed
but was nowhere
when my dream lay shattered
when my eyes fell open

the one that had come
to light up my sight
to dwell in my being

And how does the moon descend to the earth?
How do you ever feel that if heaven exists then it is just here?
he told me and explained to me
We have met, we were meant to meet like this
The roses that have bloomed were meant to bloom like this
There are bonds of birth, relationships of birth
Whenever we are born, we meet like this
Like honey in my ears
As if the doors of dreams started opening in the eyes
The world of dreams was so full of laughter and colors
The world of dreams that was meant to be told, but was nowhere
My dreams that broke, my eyes that opened
Whatever came to my senses, I saw, I knew
The one who once came, was a shadow in my eyes, was present in my heart.
He has already gone and my heart is lonely now
There is no desire, no wish, and no dream
Now whatever are my days and now whatever are my nights
There are only tears in them, there are only pain in them
There are angry words and complaints
I have no one now
I am and there are memories of lost love
I am and there are memories of lost love
I am and there are memories of lost love
The fact that the singer doesn't need a break but the listener needs it 2 times 😅
He is a musical legend....
Brother, thank you for the appreciation. We Indians are appreciating him since decades now❤
Only legend can do this... Appreciate man 🙏
Also, this is not rap...it actually has some meaning...most rap is useless...he is one of the most talented Indian artists...
He is a real example of a great Classical Hindustani (Indian) Musician !
And his name is pronounced "Sha-nkar Ma-ha-dey-van"
The startup with indian solfage Sa Re Ga Ma ( like do re mi) its extremely hard to achieve perfect sequence of melody, its a traditional raag just amazing
Shankar is the best ... flawless notes...
It's not just a song it's a meaningful love story
Yes, he was incredible.
He ' s singing a romantic song and just once hear a non stop india breathless
He's breathlessly describing how breathless she is.
The man himself is a living legend
A magician of music
A gem of India and South Asia.
He is legend...no one defeat. Him
This is at an art of living event, with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar present, so amazing!
You have to listen this original song. Really breathless
