Awesome videos! Would it be possible for you to show us how to modify structures such as the greenhouse walls? I've had a bit of an experiment with it, but, can't quite seem to follow it as easily as something like the storage boxes!
Thank you for these videos! I'd love to see a tutorial for creating new structures, eg, creating a new shape and skin from scratch. Can things be created entirely in the devkit? Or can/should new 3d models be imported from blender?

I'd like to do more messing around with this but not sure I want to fill up the mod list with just testing stuff. That and I'm sure they're going to start pushing back on a bunch of random mods being created otherwise it will get filled up with "garbage" mods pretty quickly.
Unfortunately, the only way to get a mod into a server for testing is to upload to curseforge. At least for now. If you need to upload a mod to test, just mark it as such. Most people will not download it if it says it is just for testing.
I have another question I need some help every time I load Ark it loads up fine I put my settings to low and then the textures say there’s textures are like high and low and it confuses me then sometimes it crashes
How can I edit the base stats of a dino and package that as a mod? I figured out how to change the stats I want in the DinoCharacterStatusComponent_BP_Spino but I dont really understand how to properly package it as a mod so it works ingame and not just in the editor, and the little documentation on the wildcard site didnt help
Any idea what to do when your mod cooks fine locally but fails to cook when uploaded? Curseforge just say some generic "One or more files failed........" . With no info on what failed Im not sure how to troubleshoot.
I have had that happen a few times, and unless they tell you that there is something specific wrong with your mod, and that is why it failed, then just send it again. I had to send one update 3 times before it would actually cook without failing.
Do you know how to fix the error “ An unhandled exception occurred while processing this request.” I’m trying to upload my mod to cursforge, and everything in the devkit works just fine. I’ve been trying to make this mod for like 3 months and just want it done lol
I have some ideas in mind but i have no clue how i could manage to make them, i want to make a new station with some functions to it, like depending if is a tool or weapon to show different functions and what you can do with it but i don't know how i could start my idea to put it in practice. In case you could help me out let me know and i will email you my discord alias so we could have a chat, if you got the time for it. Edit: i am really new to modding in UE5, so what i know is from your videos only

How do I configure dinosaur spawn? Even if I try using the ASE editor method, it does not spawn.
Are there any modding discords for the new ark devkit I found myself learning faster when I am around people doing this.

Never mind I figured it out. The problem was the image for the mod wasn’t the right size. My mod is now cooking.
