What if you quit/withdraw from the employment process before the scheduled drug test? Is that a fail?

I got excepted to swift for a job, they scheduled me to go drug test but prime ended up expecting me a day later so I decided to go with prime . I want to know if it will count against me if I don't go drug test with prime because I decided not to work for them?
