TEST ON TIME Never say never. I believe if an adult can enjoy a glass of wine after work they can as well with marijuana with the right rules every adult should have the right to use it. My main question is though has each state continues to legalize it recreationally, what happens when every state legalizes it, won’t it have to become legal federally?
@@CL-xp4ee State laws cannot control federal government. Federal government owns this country, they can overrule any law they want. The Feds have Army National Guard on their side which the president can send in to enforce federal laws whenever he or she needs it. Some states have their own defense force but its no where near as powerful.
