  • A short Tabata Style, Ab and Core Floor Workout to the song "Shape of You"!!
    Tabatas are 20 seconds of work / 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds.
    Join Marion Brand for this Tabata style Workout. Great for beginners, intermediate or advanced. Pick the level right for you. Also great for those who can't get down to the floor to exercise.

    5:00 Round 8 - Scissors

    My first ab workout in a long time. 🥵🥵 I am so unfit hahaha, but, hope to get fitter following your workouts. I love the music!!

    Thank you. I was just thinking that I needed to add some ab work to my routine. I am trying to find a good video on stretching after a work out, and for general flexibility. Have you done or would you consider doing one of these? As always, love the videos!
