Thanks for sharing Len, this is a great film. That would have been a great bunch of fiddlers to get a tune with. While I was watching the first part of the film my Dad asked who was playing, he said the tunes were like the standards they would dance to in the Fetlar Hall in Shetland when he was growing up. Definitely a strong Scottish connection in the music.
I spent a great week in his company up in Inuvik at the Gt Northern Arts Festival when he and I were both invited to provide the music. He must be a great miss but I see that his son Alvin and Brennan Firth are keeping up the tradition. Brennan's Gt gt grandfather was and HBC man from my home town of Stromness in Orkney.

Just heard that Colin sadly passed away on the 3rd Dec '21. He will be a big miss in his community. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.
