The tune is Danse des Deux Pommes Frites (aka The French Fry Song). Robin is in Werewolf Tuning (CGDGAD) and Steve is in Orkney Tuning (CGDGCD).

For me, the sound of the acoustic guitar has brought me such joy, excitement, and consolation in times of trouble ever since I was in my teens in the 1960s. Therefore, I have listened to practically all the great guitarists and none have given me greater pleasure than Steve Baughman and Robin Bullock - and this piece is pure heaven for me.
I just keep coming back to listen to that strum @ 02.36. Does it for me every time.
Can't believe I haven't commented on this before... two of my all time favorite guitarists, "alone and together".... does it get any better? Virtuosity + Joy makes the best music....

I keep searching for this to hear it again and again. A beautiful piece by O’Carolan (not bad for a Meath man) played superbly by Steve Baughman. Probably the best rendition I have heard. Love it.

Celtic music was imported by immigrants from the British Isles first to the Virginia settlement. It eventually evolved into folk and country music. You can hear the influence.
What brand are those finger picks? I've looked all over and can't find them. My nails won't hold up anymore.

I think Robin's is a 700 series. I saw him 2 years ago and he was playing a boutique guitar (forgot the maker). Steve was playing a Ryan guitar then. He changes more frequently than Robin.
