The middle school I work at, the 6th graders cover an ancient China unit. The last 3 years I've been doing tea demos when they finish that unit. I cover the history of tea as currency, and go into a little about chemistry and production. But of course they LOVE the tasting experience. I even take my jianzhan and Daqi ware to show them. When they're in 7th and 8th grade, they see me in my office with my tea setup and talk to me about when I shared my tea with them in 6th grade social studies. Some even come back to sample some tea throughout the day lol.
There is a lot of happiness in our household whenever you release a video. I just finished hosting a session for 3 people besides me. One of them was very amazed and interested, so I gave him one of my travel tea sets, 5 types of tea and sent him your tea|cha playlist. I have a bar at home, so I repurposed it into a cha-Xi.
Amazing video! Its really inspiring to hear about the power that tea has to bring people togather and it really motivates me to further my connection with tea and the community. Thank You!
I love your philosophy ! I really hope I get to have tea at your teahouse one day. Until then, I will serve tea in the spirit of West China Tea 🖤 You made me want to go to the park and offer tea to strangers.
I love tea first love was jasmine white dragons tears in ball form then a ripe puer tea cake I found at 20 in Nova Scotia where I grew up at a health food store. I now live in Alberta Canada and have stayed into tea for the most part was into coffee at times too but now just back into tea thanks and I just subscribed loving the tea videos you upload so far !
There are websites and apps where you can post activities and other users can invite themselves to them. Say you live in the broader countryside or some place where there's no tea, you make a new activity, let's say tea drinking session at your home for 4 people interested in tea. I'll bet you will find loads of people either already invested or atleast interested in tea. And even if you only get people interested, that's what tea drinking is all about, right? Sharing the experience. Of course you can also mix this with some other activities like board games or DnD if you think that attracts more people.

This is the cutest and best thing I've ever heard! I love that you do this! -Echo
you sparked my initial interest in tea years ago and you still inspire me so much to this day. thank you
It's a similar situation for me and sometimes I wonder how far the web of influence sprawls!
Same here.
This is why we do this!

Somehow I always see a new episode is up while I’m making tea. 🍵❤
Such a good episode
Many years ago, the Chinese had Lu Yu, but now y’all have So Han.
At home we call him Lu Y’all, because of his opening salute.
You are the best .. beautiful heart and beautiful mind ✨💛✨
We do what we can! Thanks for dropping us a line!
Man, I'd definitely love to join Communitea from the other side of the screen, and in person once I have enough savings.
We'd love to have ya when you can visit! Maybe one day we'll do some screen-mediated multi-teahouse thing!
@ Sounds like a plan!!!

This would be so cool to see! Small tea gatherings in more countryside areas! Give me MOAR!
