    Haha! To all the MBA aspirants who came here to watch all this in aww, I would say just calm down and breathe heavily. Don't lose your true spirit in this "hyperactive race" of MBA because you might someday end up having hypertension:).. Remember every single individual has some purpose, follow that, or contribute to a better society. Never ignore your family and loved ones in the race of so called "success" 😁.. All this MBA is so enticing to watch that I'm sure 99% of you would start imagining yourselves as this guy, dreaming one day you would be the one called for an interview and that's it. Bingo, success. Nooo mann no, stop pause and think. Take it easy, do less but do it with perfection. You don't have to be in a hyperactive environment to be successful.. satisfaction is the ultimate success. Love what you're doing, and never ever see yourself in any race. Unfortunate that in India, everything is like a race.. first you race for an engineering college, then you race for an MBA college and then to get into the best company. Better listen to failure stories as APJ Abdul Kalam ji used to say, failure can teach many more lessons than success. This guy was already from an IIT, then IIM.. you should know for a fact how much of a brand value plays a role in India but I'm sure there must be many more successful people who started from scratch, didn't have money to study, or some other problems, yet they achieved the best for them.. every one has their own best, don't compare your best with other's best. Thank you

      @@shrishri5587 I know!! And I don't give a damn about that. Because I'm from one of those so called colleges, and I don't see any real talent out there. They just solved same set of questions five times and cracked the college. I know, no company cares if one is talented or not. They just go to one random IIT and pick candidates, but this should not stop you from achieving even greater heights. Remember life is not a competitive exam, if you're good and passionate then no-one can stop you ever. And believe me, rising without a "tag/brand" is much more satisfying and will give you success in this longer race of life. I hope atleast in higher education this changes, otherwise India will soon become a crap without any real value/innovation. Because these competitive rats will never think out of the box. In abroad, MS and MBA is given based on your resume and the aptitude exam is only to get par of a set cut off. But here it's just based on an exam, GATE or MBA, total waste.

      I always felt the same apptitude is not the thing to judge someone completely , really if u want to know a guy who want to do mba put some manegrial questions in the exam , doing mba for the purpose of money is like investing in share market that's it , to do good cause using ur knowledge of mba is the real deal making money and keeping it at home is never a success ,using it for creating jobs and other development activities is real success

    "Money" k liye race hai. Every single one of them those who are sitting there have "paisa" in their mind. Kaha se earn kere.
    Your academics won't matters the day you'll start your own let's say auto component manufacturing plant. You just need to convince and crack the DEAL in the meeting you are borrowing money from. And making new clients and giving visiting cards to other industrialist.

    If all are fighting there for placement then what does 100% placement means?

    • @InsideIIMKonversations
      @InsideIIMKonversations  4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      100% placement means all the students who sat for the placements got summer internship/ full-time offers from companies.
      By 'all fighting', Saurabh means everyone is fighting to get the best offers from the best companies on campus.

    Why did IIT if you wanted to be a BD professional. You could have easily got into IIML/K/G without having IIT degree. Don't really understand IIT IIM concept... If you are not into technology space.....

      Well, honestly saying, it's just about the "money" and "scope" factor.
      Following interest (or passion)is a myth in india. For most of us, that interest have never existed, and if existed, that's was our pure comfort zone and hobbies(like traveling and all)
      You tell me, how the fuck a guy who haven't learnt anything about computer science before wanted to take CS in engineering? Why? Do u really think that guys take up CS due to their interest or passion? a big NO! It's just the Marks which decides, more marks = cs branch, even in the history of IITs, no topper have taken any branch except cse( some exceptions are there, who took electrical instead),
      Now coming to the point, IIM offers management courses, and you know each company or mnc have two major departments marketing and technology, in most of the Cases, managers and marketers earn way more than technical department.
      Sums it up, if tomarrow some XYZ institute, say any well established like say IITs itself lauches a course specially for placements in consulting and high paying firms, then definitely the crowd will start following that. It's just the money and scope!! Indian education system is already ruined at it's best so as the students.
      Idk whether you will believe me or not, these institutions can just makes us corporate psychopaths and the new generation labours, I'm not saying this by self, but u can refer to answers on quora(anonymous ones), explaining how shit is the life even after mba and all.
      Follow ur passion, believe me, we're living in digital era now, ur talent will be respected and make you earn way more, don't follow the trend, it's just the never ending rat race. Period.

    • @amans6504
      @amans6504 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@sobbisen well that's because of our education system, guys don't know where they should be, all are just following the rat race, and the fucking society in supporting to join that rat race.
      Western people are way better in this.
