  • Explore the astonishing power of persistence in this eye-opening Josh Talk, where we delve into how street vendors are outperforming big brands despite operating in what many consider an "informal" sector. Witness firsthand the resilience and business acumen of these unsung heroes of the Indian economy, who collectively contribute to a staggering 50% of the nation's GDP and employ 90% of its workforce.
🌟 What you'll discover in this talk:
    - Real-life examples of street vendors whose ROI outshines that of polished, corporate giants.
    - Insightful comparisons showing how these vendors manage to adapt and thrive, changing their business models more than twelve times a year.
    - Inspiring stories of individuals who maximize minimal resources, providing valuable lessons in marketing, customer relations, and sustainability.
This video is not just a talk; it's a call to rethink and recognize the critical role of India's unorganized sector. It challenges the stereotypes associated with employment and entrepreneurship in the informal economy and highlights the vast, often overlooked potential residing in these bustling street corners.
🚀 Empowering, insightful, and profoundly motivational - this talk will change the way you perceive ambition and success in the face of adversity. Join us, get inspired, and discover that true entrepreneurial spirit often thrives where least expected.

True, but it is wrong to presume there is a strong and unavoidable competition and strife between the organized and unorganised sector. Players in the unorganised sector are motivated and driven by the sheer 'need', because of their circumstances which may differ from individual to Individual..It is futile to expect ideal growth with a limited role of organized sector. The way forward may be to infuse more honesty and transparency in the organized corporate sector and make them sensitive to the social necessities and their responsibility In this regard.

You should definitively check out blockchain technology! That, in my opinion, is the way to include the "unorganised" parts of the world in the global economy and bring equality to all. This, while also taking power away from big corporations and overly influential governments like the USA. I can recommend you to check out Charles Hoskinson on TH-cam, he is dedicated to bring blockchain to the whole world. With blockchains, you can have voting systems for anyone with a smartphone and internet access. You can be your own bank and do worldwide trade also with only a smartphone and internet access. No need for a "classic" bank, no need for middlemen, etc. Those things are all still early stage, few real world applications as of now. But I'm sure it will revolutionize the way we see the economy and pave the way to a truly global world in the years to come. Take a look at Bitcoin, Ethereum and Cardano too :)

Sir, I have a PhD friend who used to work as a lecturer in a well-known university in our country in Malaysia. He is now a CEO of an E-commerce selling cameras to the whole nation. What I am trying to say here is not every PhD will stay behind the counter. As long as they saw an opportunity to growth and start it up.

I have seen many in tiktok not many in actual world but many in tiktok. They are way more ahead than us. Atleast they do something and get massive payment from that . U know what's our problem we usually smash tiktok bcoz its look fun and not really defines what entrepreneurship or business mindset or something close to that. But it's also a business in a more fun way. U get paid for doing fun things and that's the brightest part of it. U are happy what u doing and also get paid for that. What more do u need in life.

I dont need to do MBA now.
I am not saying this getting excited or some triggering happened in my body.
I am saying this because after watching this I learnt that MBA is not something which could be done in a classroom holding pen and paper.
We gotta get down to the streets and learn what is MBA.
Thanks alot Sir. Today I learnt many things from you.
