The way he talks , delivers speech; his facial expressions, his gestures, his voice modulation all are so gifted and spontaneous that it seems like he's made for consulting..!
They are first taught communication over problem solving skills which he didn't touch upon.
It's not gifted man. Clearly he's learnt and adopted by observation. Nobody starts communicating in such a polished and sophisticated manner from primary school

The acumen of this man led him to achieve his own project within a gap of 4 years. that's very impressive! According to me, he would have done a couple of small projects in between to gain the opportunity and the required expertise to accomplish his own project. Although he got a smaller team and a power project, it would have been a time changing thing for him. I hope i am not on the side of prejudice while commenting. Please let me know.,.. Great video. @@ceo583 sure thing… to put it short, you’re a experienced individual with certain skillset who does due diligence in legacy process to bring in an addition or improvement in process to contain any risk, increase efficiency thereby making sure company is doing as per current standards. Thats the reality our system have failed we have IITians who didnt know which stream to choose after they got selected after nailing jee advance. MASTER OF ROTE LEARNING 12HOURPERDAY ARE BECOMING SUCCESSFUL TO GET IN IIM N IIT. REAL OYO FOUNDERS ARE NOT KNOW IN SOCIETY.

Hello sir, my name is Saurabh singh ,i am from gurgaon. I have done my graduation in pharma. And now I am working in a pharmaceutical company as a medical rep ( salesman). I want to do MBA so what is the scope to do MBA from the top B-schools where I built my career and reach at a higher position. Does IIM offers any course for pharma students. Do you know anyone from the pharma field who is now at the higher position and give right advice to us . Please reply.

How can consultants solve problems they know nothing about? Makes no sense

they don't do the technological part. see no matter how good a product is, if its not selling there wont be any profit. What consultants do, is that, they'd use all the tools they have (could be a team of data analysts) to find weakness in operation, marketing etc department.for example, to find out in which region at what season, demand of current product is more, so they could minimize inventory costs and mostly all companies take debt and then perform operations, so how much debt to equity ratio should be and how it could impact sale forecasts, as more debt could mean faster but unstable growth and more fsa terms

Divide into segments and think .
They have ample case studies of companies being in different situations and what worked for them.

Do you think he was playing PubG while in IIM? Let me tell you, in IIT and IIM, you study as well as interact your ass off for 14 hours minimum. Then after joining bcg,bains or accenture you are given training for 3 months if you are not from top b school.
