A judge lying under oath should be grounds for being disbarred. If the judge can't be trusted to be honest and uphold the law, what good is the judge worth?
Exactly. Although, perjury is somewhat treated as a lesser offense. But it's consequences can be devastating. And lawyers and judges take an oath just upon entering their profession. So, it's doubly egregious when they are sworn in on a specific matter and lie under oath. So, absolutely, loss of privilege to practice law should be standard. And if more punishments and or fines are warranted, then that's a case by case decision.

Do you know how advisory boards work? They meet very very infrequently and it is often a role used to bolster a CV. She did not represent them. There is a clear difference between legal representation and advisory board member responsibilities.

No it’s not. I serve on an advisory board. By definition it is a volunteer position and I would be kicked off if I were to accept compensation from someone. Advisory boards advise, i.e., give input, feedback, suggestions, advice. They make no final decisions on policy. This senator has a history of treating guests shabbily by belittling them, calling them liars, and using outdated terminology in his attempts to set up some mythical “reveal” on camera.

She represented them is the strictest and narrowest definition of this term. It is also fair to say that an advisory board also represents an organization which is why advisors resign or are removed when conflicts of interest arise. Advisory board members don’t have the same fiduciary duties or liabilities as employees but they are representatives in the loosest and broadest sense.
