Deep Sand Jeep Gladiator Recovery for a RAM 2500 Diesel 4x4 at San Luis Pass, Galveston

This video highlights a deep sand rescue & recovery of a family stuck in the sand dunes on a Texas Beach. There were many challenges faced due to the slope of the vehicle, the vehicles weight and how the truck was bottomed out in the sand. A Jeep Gladiator was used to gain access to the approach angle and worked with other vehicles as anchors to help ensure enough resistance was made to offset the needed pulling force. A straight approach angle could not be taken due to the ease of access and increased risk taking the straight forward approach. John's Jeep Garage has rescued many families and recovered many different types of vehicles. We are not a professional recovery service.
