Gotta say this is really impressive!! The voices are nicely done, if still a bit rough around the edges (missing certain character inflections, imo). That said, one critique I have is how quickly everything is spoken. I know how much we've critiqued KH for having clunky, delayed timing with dialog, but this one feels extremely zippy and rushed. Certian conversations that I thought would have a certain pause to it (giving characters a moment to process and think about what's being said) gets squeezed out by the next line of dialog. The sentences themselves are fine, but they're all practically spoken back-to-back with little to no breathing room (this also somewhat applies to the various shots and poses; some parts feel like very choppy animation given how quickly a character changes poses.) I'd recommend giving a tiny bit more breathing room between certain bits of dialog, especially when the characters are mostly calm or especially anxious; Axel and Aqua's conversation is a good example of this. That all having been said, the video is still very nice and presumably the first of many other AI voiced shorts. Make what you will of my words, but I hope you keep creating regardless. Data greetings is one of the neater things of KHIII and you're proving why it is!
I had to dig around the internet to find the KH3 cutscene audio. It's not easy to find and what I ended up finding was incomplete. But it was enough to get me started.

We Kingdom Hearts fans should get together and do a redo of Kingdom Hearts 3. A TH-camr called the Killer Critic made videos critiquing #3 and gave his thoughts on how KH3 should have been in terms of gameplay and story. We've all had our hangups about KH3 and perhaps, we should share what we could've implemented in that game that wouldn't have been rushed and convoluted.
So true 😔. For me, problems of Kingdom Hearts III are : This structure in two huge blocks is absolutely atrocious, separating Disney worlds and Kingdom Hearts universe was really not a good idea, and it was even less well executed. I can't determine what motivated this decision but it caused me problems throughout the game. And as a result we end up with a bipolar game : " _Sora, Xehanort wants to plunge the world into darkness ! Quickly ! Go spend 15 hours being stupid in Disney worlds for [insert generic reason here]._ " We are supposed to be in an emergency, a sort of race to reunite our members and we still find time to go watch Elsa sing _Let It Go_... As a result, we arrive in a situation where members of the Organization come to see Sora from time to time to remind him that they exist because, honestly, we would have quickly forgotten about them. And so it's a staring fight/verbal joust between them and Sora and his friends for 85% of the game. It's as aberrant as possible. Why not have supported this feeling of urgency more ? A simple thing would have been to complete Organization XIII earlier, so that at one point, they decide to speed up the process and go looking for the princesses of hearts. That way the plots that are Lea and Kairi/Riku and Mickey would have had a greater impact : That of having to thwart the plans of Organization 13 (we could even have integrated the characters from Final Fantasy), while Sora, instead to hang around, would have gone looking for Aqua (Since Mickey and Riku only get there if Sora is there, it doesn't change much) or Roxas. Let's talk about Roxas by the way. Sora goes to Twilight City to bring him back, he doesn't make it and then... nothing before the end where he's literally catapulted onto the battlefield in Deus ex Machina. A bit like Xion : Weren't you dead ? Aren't you supposed to be in Sora's heart ? Aren't you supposed to be formed from a memory of Sora, a memory that Sora re-assimilated to become himself again at the beginning of Kingdom Hearts II ? So what are you actually ? An inflatable doll in the shape of talking Xion ? And how can you remember Roxas and Axel and cry because you missed them when you're not even supposed to be there, since it makes no sense narratively ? You can't even be a copy of Xion. Your presence here is impossible in such a state of affairs. So why are you here? (I was happy to see her, but I also wanted to pull my hair out, it doesn't make any sense). Same for Vexen and Demyx, they go away and they come back. Good ? Evil ? I don't know what category I'd put theme, their motivations are too confused. In fact the big problem with this game is Sora. Everything revolves around him, and only him, to the point where the other characters become meaningless, *even though he hasn't said anything since the beginning of the saga.* Riku and Mickey go to look for Aqua but it's Sora who save her. Kairi and Lea train throughout the game in a world where time doesn't exist, but they are absolutely useless during the final fight. Aqua went from determined to terminated, we quickly understand that this character is going nowhere, she has the merit of being the key that unlocks the plot but that's absolutely all. *Sora overshadows everyone for nothing.* There is too much of this desire of “Sora is the hero”. And yet, he has the same psychology and recites the same speeches since the first opus when he was a kid. However, Sora has grown up since Kingdom Hearts II, he is a teenager and no longer a child. Not to mention the fact that his experience and the events he went through necessarily changed his vision of things. But no, he still has the mentality he had in the first opus. Suddenly all these characters that we have come to know and love become insipid, intangible, almost invisible, and that is something that upset me to the highest degree. I found that for a conclusion to the saga we were too interested in Sora and not enough in the other characters, who took a lot of it so that the gentleman could have fun with Rapunzel on a carousel. The game would really benefit from taking more time and letting the other characters shine. He could have let us control Lea and/or Kairi during their training, even if only for a moment (like the fight with Aqua) while further developing their relationship. We would have felt invested, concerned by what they are doing, we would have been able to see their evolution throughout the training. Kairi who also lets her two childhood friends go without saying goodbye, even though she went to look for them in Kingdom Hearts II because she was worried about the fact that they would not return to the Islands of Destiny, despite Sora's promise. Has she forgotten the notion of concern and empathy in two games (Dream Drop Distance and Kingdom Hearts III) ? She could at least ask if she can have news of Sora and Riku, if she could accompany them on a mission, etc. Not even. The same for Ventus, we could have, in the space of a fight, against Vanitas for example, faced a defeat from Sora. The Ventus heart would then have taken control of Sora's body thanks to his armor for example, and we would then have been entitled to a short sequence controlling Ventus who controls Sora (like a D link in Birth By Sleep, scripted) leading to the retirement of Vanitas. And it wouldn't be impossible, given what Xehanort did, plus we've seen Ventus react through Sora on several occasions. This is a missed opportunity. We could therefore have justified a pseudo “awakening of Ventus” within Sora’s heart. Thus allowing a dialogue between the two characters, and therefore developing Ventus' story. Same for Aqua, we would have benefited from seeing her struggle, playing out her losing battle against Ansem, then a symbolic fight against darkness (a fight that she would also lose as a result). We could have developed his heart and his damaged psychology caused by his 10 years confinement in darkness. He could also have further developed Riku and Mickey's quest, playing them in short sessions similar to that of Birth By Sleep 0.2, showing their fears, their uncertainty but also their determination. We could also have brought Roxas back earlier, just seen Sora and Roxas face to face, alive, looking at each other and smiling, which would have done justice to this blond guy who pretended to be a big sacrifice for Sora. And we could have sent him to teach the two pickets how to use a keyblade because that's not working at all. But instead of all that we have a game with wasted potential, insipid characters and a hollow story (too many things are missing, it's not possible). In short, the saga has always had story problems, but in this third opus, it is more than obvious. I know that Kingdom Hearts is a Disney commission, whose main target is children. So, as a result, we cannot expect from this saga a refined development of its characters on a par with Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid, The Witcher, Mass Effect or Persona. But it remains frustrating and heartbreaking, knowing that the main players of Kingdom Hearts are fans who started this saga since the 2000s (There are some who started with the HD compilations, but there are fewer of them). *However, these players are between their twenties and thirties, and at these age groups, we have the right to expect more than the umpteenth speech :* " _Come on friends, let's travel through the Disney worlds to destroy heartless and restore the light, yay !_ ". I really like Kingdom Hearts, but it's a license that is overflowing with under-exploitation of characters, plot holes, unnecessary complexity and Manicheism. However, Square Soft and then Square Enix have accustomed us to much better than that.

He's touched on a lot of the problems with the game and he takes criticisms of the game and suggestions from others on how it could be worked. I've left my statements in the comments there as have others. It's a good (and funny) video.
I wish that someone could mod Lea/Axel's clothing to look like his end credits atire to replace his Orginization XIII cloak and to mod ReChain and DDD to make it that Sora sounds like his KH1 14 year old counterpart rather than soudning like 15-16 year old Sora
