Markers are actually used for easy navigation using key commands. The Arrangement Markers are for what you’re explaining. It allows you to easily manage the arrangement. And then theres Scene Markers for when you’re writing to for film.
+1 Another use and advantage of using Arrangement Markers as intended for Intro, Verse etc is that Logic Drummer will "see" these markers and automatically add the parts for you.

is the first marker underneath the second one, im confused, why isnt the marker just an literal marker like in reaper, in reaper on the fly you just hit M and bam it drops a marker

Ah, interesting. It sounds like you might have been using arrangements and not markers. Markers wouldn't move pieces of the song but arrangements markers would, you should take a dive into my free guide here, you might like it: www.charlescleyn.com/learn-logic

I suppose think it would be cool to give logic a roadmap and have it arrange everything for you instead of copy pasting each region to each chorus. It would be such a cool way to quickly try out different arrangements. Do you know of a way to do this?

Do you have a workflow for working on song ideas within a session? When I work on ideas and parts, experimenting with different files and plugins, I have trouble working efficiently in the space. It gets claustrophobic or something.
I'd honestly like to know if there's a way to put a pin or a "Marker" on an individual track much like Premiere Pro does? Like a little "hey, remember you did something neat here" kind of thing???

Whats the difference between markers and arrangement markers
I hit the button you show to hit at the top, and just the tempo track opens up? Do I have turn a setting on?

@@CharlesCleyn when I use that dropdown you clicked on, the only option is "arrangement". There is no Marker, Signature, or Tempo! Yikes!

The amount of times that Logic _thinks_ I want to create a marker versus the times that I actually want to create a marker is a very bad ratio
