    How long does it take to see results? Doesn’t it depend on how big your arms are? Mine are 30cm 😩. I started working out my arms 2 weeks ago and seeing some form. I love this video because you focus on the actual problem area. I like getting to the point and wasted so mucb time doing exercises that are useless! Would you suggest 2times a day? Before a meal? Any help is appreciated. Love this video!!! Your arms are amazing!!

    Oh my stars! I'm in love with this video! I did it 4 times through. Feeling some tricep love!!! I'm thinking about being either a cute witch, a hippie, or a gypsy for Halloween this year but I will probably change my mind 50 times before the 31st. I love Halloween!       I couldn't do them at all!! I got like 2" down and collapsed lol I have NO upper body strength.. But I'm trying to work on that by doing a few of these videos each day 😊 I really struggle with planks too especially when it's more than just a standard plank. I couldn't believe she said to do this one 4 times, my arms are like jello after just once!! And I couldn't do the triangle push ups so other girls are probably even more sore lol

    Salutations from quarantine! I'm going to try doing these every day to get rid of my arm flab and keep my arms thin. I'll be posting updates here for anyone interested in the effectiveness on a control subject. Wish me luck!
    .
    Stats: F, 17, 5'6", 152 lbs
    .
    Day One: Had to do the easy versions and I don't own weights but even so, doing these five exercises four times has me exhausted. I realized that my arms are very weak as I couldn't go all the way down with the push ups. The kickbacks made me really feel work in my back, and I noticed that the bent knees made things harder, but with straight legs I didn't feel as much strain in my arms. Had to do the exercises slowly as well because I couldn't breathe fast enough with the instructions. Super tired! I'm sure I'll be feeling this tomorrow!
    .
    Day Two: WOW AM I SORE!!! I think the tricep dips might be the hardest part of these exercises - although I do have to put in extra work because my chair has a swirly top so I have to squeeze it to keep it from moving. Strangely enough, despite my serious lack of physical fitness, even after just one day the exercises already feel easier than they were yesterday. (I think the kickbacks got harder, though! Maybe it's because I've never really used my back muscles before?)
    .
    Day Three: Somehow I'm even more sore than I was yesterday and boy oh boy is it unpleasant. However, I am proud to say that I was able to do the first, second, and third sets without having to take a breather outside of the in-between stretching. I also tried to do the hard version of the triangle push-ups and I managed to do them today! I couldn't go quite as deep, but with time I'm sure I'll get there.
    .
    Day Four: The soreness has gone down today. I was able to get a lot lower during the triangle push-ups, although I did have to go easy on the fourth set. The bent narrow rows were very easy today so I bent my knees lower to put more work in my legs. Friendly reminder to drink water before and after exercise so you don't get dizzy!
    .
    Day Five: Struggled with some serious lack of motivation today but I got to exercising anyway. I learned how to relax my legs during the tricep dips as before, I think I was engaging my thighs (legs bent for the easy version) which meant I was using my arms less than my legs, resulting in a wall-sit sort of exercise. Figuring out how to put all the work in my triceps made it leagues easier because I wasn't focusing on holding myself up with my legs but my arms got a much better work-out. There was a serious physical difference that made a world of change. (Can we talk about how freakin hard push-ups are?!)
    .
    Day Six: Rest Day (it's a Sunday)
    .
    Day Seven: Got a fold-out chair for the tricep dips which makes it a lot easier since my handhold no longer spins, although the chair does slide around a little so I had to prop it against a wall. I've gotten a little lower with the push-ups and the exercises in general have started to feel easier. The kickbacks, however, are still incredibly difficult. Still not much motivation today but I knew I had to keep going.

    Week Two Stats: F, 17, 5'6", 149 lbs
    .
    Week Two: TWTFsSM
    The exercises have gotten much easier and I've reached a point where I can do the hard version of the tricep dips for two out of the four reps. The sense of ease is exciting, although I still find myself winded and struggling as these exercises are no joke. Motivation continues to be an issue as exercise isn't particularly invigorating for me, but every time I finish it does feel like I took out the trash and cleared up one of my responsibilities for the day. It's not the best mindset, but as someone who has hated doing anything physical since I came out the womb, it's about as positive as I could hope to be after two weeks. I'll keep this up for two more weeks (one month total) before ending this comment-section trial. I can say that even if my arms don't show any change, doing these exercises has allowed me to develop some better habits like exercising daily, and trying to eat better. At the end of the day, I think that is the most important part. If I can walk away from this with the desire to try another health-related challenge, then I think it was worth it.

    I've reached a point where I can do the full exercise without any sort of trouble. It's almost gotten, dare I say, easy. I've yet to see any visual change in my arms, but as I mentioned above, I don't think that's really the point anymore. At least, it's no longer my main focus. Being able to exercise every day and say that I've done it is empowering in a way I never knew about. Of course, I still try to put it off until later in the day and I have to drag myself over to my mat, but once it's done I feel proud and happier. There's one week left to this experiment, at which point I think I'll add the bra bulge workout to these bat wing exercises. If you think I should try adding something different to the daily workout, I'd be happy to hear your thoughts!

    Like last week, things have only gotten easier. It's nice to feel a burn in my arms because it is a sign that they are getting stronger. Other than that, I have no other observations.

    Final Stats: F, 17, 5'6', 147 lbs (Lost 5 lbs total in one month)

    Final thoughts:
    Over the course of four weeks, I lost five pounds. I am by no means super active or healthy, but I was watching the food I ate. I did minimal exercise outside of this set, so I can say with confidence that being just a little bit mindful and doing some movement can result in losing weight. In terms of physicality, there is a tiny bit of definition in my arms but I can't say that I would have noticed unless I was specifically looking for it. I had no access to weights so I wasn't getting the best work out in that I could, but I did what I can. To someone looking for a quick and efficient exercise to tone up their arms, I'm not sure if I would necessarily suggest using this video, but I would never say that it wasn't helpful. I'm proud to say that this is the longest streak of daily exercise that I've ever had and that is something to celebrate. I think that this video is a good starting point for beginners like me because it is rough but you do see progress in your performance over the course of just a few days, and seeing progress is important to keep up motivation. From here, I pledge to add the bra bulge exercise video to these daily arm exercises and if I keep things up, eventually I'll have a full body exercise in. The process of getting fit and feeling comfortable in your own skin is a long and painful journey, but taking it step by step is the best way to do it.
    To anyone who read my month long experience with this test, I hope that my notes have been helpful. I wish you luck with your own fitness journey!

    I have bat wings large enough to rustle leaves should I flap them. I have watched so many videos for bat wings, I have lost count. In my opinion, this is the best video I have seen. I feel the burn (in a good way) on my triceps after. Simple exercises, but effective. Great job! Maybe you could do another video next on the dreaded fat from the area between your under arms to where your bra ends? Arm pit fat I think it's called lol?

    I’m working out at home now just like everyone else and I’m going to add this to my routine starting tomorrow (I’ve already worked out today and it’s around midnight time for bed now lol) but I have a question. I keep reading that it’s not possible to spot reduce fat. If that’s true then will doing these exercises really get rid of those bat wings?

    Thanks so much. I injured my ankle, so can’t do my normal home workout routine using my treadmill for about another week. This is perfect because a lot of videos you need a bench or exercise ball, I just have dumbbells. I’m going to add this to my home workout and work on my underarm fat until then as well.

      Ya shoot for a total of 4, maybe three if you are using heavier weights.

      @@paigecrawley9007 I actually stopped doing the video because I got bored, but if you keep practicing and stay consistent it will work! I started going to the gym, have been doing the same workouts for 8 weeks, and have gotten significantly stronger. I will say though, while they are more toned, I still have some "bat wings" because I haven't lost much body fat. You need to focus on fat loss as well as strength if you truly want to get rid of them! And don't expect fast results, either; the best ones take time :)

    Can I ask , do you lift heavier than 5lb to get your arms the way they are? I enjoy working with 5lb but if I don’t see results like yours, do I need to go heavier? I don’t want bulky arms, just slim and toned , really hope you respond x

      Getting results is a combination of the right nutrition and balance of workouts so it depends on everything you are doing as a whole. :) I do arm specific workouts 1x per week but there are days I incorporate them additionally. I follow the Hot Body Sweat Guide

    How often do you suggest doing this to see results? Today was my first day and I was only able to do one round. Didn’t want to overdue it, I have a bad neck and shoulders from a herniated disc from a couple years ago!

      I would suggest doing this 2-3 times a week, but maybe mix it up with some other workouts from my TH-cam or the LSF app! I would never want you to overdue it or do something if it doesn't feel good on your body. Make sure to rest! 😘

      Hi! It's good to switch up your workouts everyday to target different body parts, so doing this workout a 2-3 times per week! You can always add more if your body is up for the challenge :)

    First of all, I wanted to thank you for the awesome exercises. I noticed your video is almost 8 minutes. Does it take 8 minutes daily to do this exercise to look this good? Or longer? I'm curious, because I just did it today and I thought it wasn't hard at all. It was fun!
