Just grabbed a Bolt EUV LT Leather redline for $29,750 or just over $23K after the $7.5K Fed credit before sales tax. No dealer fees. GM is moving these at year-end. Solid drive. Unbelievable deal.
I like your presentation, nice work! The Bolt EUV is a great value. I'd pick one up if I didn't already have 2 Volts (Gen 1 and Gen 2). I drive em till they drop, they're awesome!
I totally agree about going with the higher trim level. I have a EUV Premier with Sun and Sound and Super cruise and it is fantastic. I learned my lesson about going cheap with my 2017 Volt which I love and was disappointed after a few months that I had not sprung for the extras. I watch a lot of EV youtubers and a lot of them talk about the Bolt like it is a cheapo car but it is truly the nicest car I have ever owned and my wife feels the same (and she is a technophobe). I slightly prefer the way the Volt drives. It is a little more exciting in terms of acceleration but you can tell that GM went out of their way to make the Bolt more composed and a little more like a normal car driving experience. It would be amazing if GM made a performance version of the Bolt.
I feel pretty lucky to have the Bolt EV. I paid MSRP, $26,495 even though GM raised the MSRP a couple of months after I ordered it. I've had it about a month and a half and it has a little over 1100 miles on it. I consider it my child lol. Gr8 vid as usual. 🚙🇺🇸🔌🌩️
I'm disappointed about the dealership greed. Now that newer 2024 EV vehicles from others are available. With a heat pump. Last years model Bolt EUV it should be 4000 dollars cheaper, not 3000 more than it was last year, for last yrs model.... Dealer markups has stopped me from upgrading from my 2019 bolt ev premier. I was a conquest purchaser. From Toyota Rav4... This was the only new vehicle I could afford, because of GM's had an entry level price. I sure am glad,, dealers are honoring suggested list price.
I'm in love with my bolt. Have been averaging around 4.7mi/kwh, which is around 300 miles for a full charge. I averaged 4.7 on a recent road trip with 3 adults and a 3 yr old in the car which I was very pleased with considering the extra weight. This car if driven conservatively is a highly efficient. If you drive pretty fast or use AC/Heat a lot, you probably are going to be closer to the 247 range that Chevy gives you. I appreciate the little zip that it can put out if needed as well. Recently drove through a rainstorm through a bunch of country backroads and was pleased with the performance, I never felt unsafe with the handling. So easy to park, good turning radius, plenty of room in the back seat and best of all, best deal in the EV market for normal people. With the federal tax credit + extra potential local tax breaks, it becomes affordable. Extra little plus that Chevy pays 500 for an electrician to install a 240v outlet for a L2 charger.
purchased my lease 2022 Bolt EUV Premier in the summer. Was looking for alternatives like Nissan Ariya, 2024 Kona electric. None are close as what i pay monthly tor my EUV and while it charges on DC really slow and and not much cargo it works perfectly for me. Love the intuitive interface and true one pedal driving that stays on through on off cycle. The 360 camera is super useful and all these features can't be found really in all those new EVs.
Really enjoy the vid bro, thanks for it! I’ve been eyeing this car for a few months now, and I’m excited to get it sometime soon whenever I finally get the cash for it 😍
My '23 euv Lt has been smooth, efficient, and flawless; if you can deal with the slow charging and loss of range in the winter (it doesn't have a heat pump), these are a great deal.
I just got this in standard Model 2023 in black , with 20.4k miles, almost new condition, and no wrecks for 17.8k USD TOTAL.. and i haven't even included the tax credit yet. did i get a good deal?
I’ve always admired GM for over-engineering their EVs and being conservative in their range estimates based on how I used my vehicle. My first gen Volt was rated for 38 miles. Even after 100k miles I was still getting just at 50 on a summer day in Chicago. In the winter I was still getting 30. In contrast, my Model 3 was rated for 240 and I never got over 220. In winter, closer to 175.
Just took a RT road trip from Atlanta to Auburn and charged to 100% at the Electrify America 350 kw super charger for only $0.15 cents per minute. It was 32 degrees and the range for the return was only 165 miles (125 one way), so had to take it to 100% given the conditions.
On time 8:36 I’ve noticed you can hit home button from 360 cameras to go home. My 2022 EUV Premiere, won’t go home if in 360 camera but before it can. My dealership said it was a software update took it away, I doubt that. Can you help?
I love my Bolt but it's in the shop more than not because the damned heater stopped working within 3 weeks and they can't seem to fix it! That coupled with the fact that the chevy dealership that I bought it from (celebration chevy in Denver) is the least professional business that I have ever dealt with, and I wish I had gotten another Toyota
That is very unfortunate, Donny. I haven’t heard of the heater not working that often. That’s a new one. But I am sorry that your dealership isn’t professional.
Not worth vehicle , this vehicle is good for a young boy just got license and 4 other kids age between 10-15 years space wise. still many things are manual, shaky when break at 55 mph, more plastic used in its build. Butts will blast after sitting 2 hours in driver seat itself not sure other seats comfort. Low quality Bose speakers , suddenly increasing speed when you set adaptive cruise control ...etc .Except(infotainment, corgo space with down style) some features its more are less equal to a car worth of $15K-20K.This is my experience after driving the same car for a month. Don't excite to buy it until you drove it for a month or more.

Hard to beat that deal
@@BachmanAutoGroupLouisville yea. silly me was trying to haggle down to 16.8k.. I didn't know it was already a good deal.. 🤦
How’s your range holding up? Still getting 247-ish/full battery charge?
I never charge to 100% but I’m holding pretty steady around the 220 at 80%

'17 - '24 we had our chance, no crying or hating
It’ll be back too!

No thanks. EV's are crap!
Have you ever owned one?
