I appreciate AI in the correct settings, such as in research, medicine, education, when it is used responsibly and as an assistive device, but not in anything artistic. I'm glad for technologies such as Glaze and Nightshade that help reduce such blatant AI theft and hope they, and other technologies, get proper support to keep ahead of AI scraping.

Don't worry about the invasion of AI slop. Your videos are beautiful and handmade in a unique style, there's subtle storytelling and worldbuilding in them and that's something generative algorithms can't recreate and likely never will. Edit: Also this vid has some of the best music choices of any of your releases.
I think even if generative algorithms can equal this, it is important to remember they only know how to do what they do by analyzing human creativity. Our creativity is a muscle that we exercise out of love, and if we allow it to atrophy, AI will never be able to regrow it, because the robots don't care. They only mimic.
Ai-Slop describes a product created by an AI lacking the proper passion in its human input. AI-Slop means that the human using the AI used it wihtout love - it doesn't mean that AI is inherently bad at helping out

Blue Turtle and classic World of Warcraft soundtracks are my go-to-for cleaning, working, and studying. It is truly inspiring. I'm tired of it too. I'm not even an artist myself, but I also see how loveless and awful the ai results always are compared to when actual humans create art. And tbh I find it annoying even in fields outside of art where the result isn't worse. I get asked at university if my python code was written by ai... no it wasn't! Like why would I do that, I'm here to learn how to code myself. I know chat gtp would do it faster and not make mistakes along the way like I do, and I hate how tempting that can be to overworked students, but it really benefits nobody.

For studying and writing I usually go blue turtle too. For some reason I don't feel like it gets too much in the way of my thoughts, while also not being a 30s non-creative loop stretched on a 3 hour video, nor a song so subtle that I would hardly say that I am actually listening to music. Blue Turtle gets it balanced just right.

My life was enhanced since I discovered "Coastal Village" playlist about two years ago. Now waiting for each new playlist more like for Harry Potter release when I was young.
That was my first video that I saw. Ever since then I've started writing a fantasy novel. It's farther along than 2022 and the world is more grounded because I've spent most of my time on making the world, rules, people etc. I'm now working on the main story itself and am currently on chapter 6.

A lot of channels that I follow doing ambient music are starting to use AI images for their backgrounds which is sad to see since AI 'art' feels so empty and uninspired. When I heard your compilation for the first time, I wondered if you had used AI, but after seeing the amount of story behind those images and hearing the mesmerizing and inspiring music, I was sure that this was made by a human because of all the emotions that I could sense. Ithya's smile at the start as she overlooks the city implies (to me) so much: that not only is she glad to anticipate a bath, soft bed and hot meals, but the sheer pleasure of arriving in a new place. It's a bittersweet feeling to see [No AI] in the vide title. I'm glad that you clarified it for people who want an AI-free experience and I appreciate your channel all the more for you doing it.
A lot of channels that I follow doing ambient music are starting to use AI images for their backgrounds which is sad to see since AI 'art' feels so empty and uninspired. The fact that artists need to clarify the fact that they're not using AI is depressing, but it's also a mark of an honest creator.
