Not only are your mixes always great, but one thing I've really come to appreciate recently is the use of real human-created art. So many music channels are using AI art for everything, and it just feels like a soulless washout is so many places. It's great to be able to come to your videos and not only enjoy some great music, but also an engaging and interesting artistic story told through some beautiful animations and drawings.
And I find that it honors the truly fantastical, yet human element that comes with such settings as well. Seeing so much fantasy ai art, it's like looking into how a lot of fantasy nowadays has gone corporate and lost so much of the creativity and glow that made it great in the first place.

The hills and mountains across the water gives me big Oblivion energy. Will never forget exiting the Imperial sewers and looking out onto the countryside.
SUCH a classic moment! Going from the claustrophobic sewers where you're very much on rails, to this huge wide open space where you can go anywhere was so awesome. Definitely one of my favorite gaming memories as well.

I just want to remark on how much I appreciate, not only the great music, but the original artwork/animation of all these videos. I keep seeing lofi channels resorting to AI generated art, which makes it almost impossible for me to enjoy the experience (since I'm an illustrator by trade). Blue Turtle's videos are always immersive and beautiful, and I genuinely hope Ithyä's journey becomes a graphic novel one day.
If you look at their olds videos, somes are titled with "how to make a graphic novel" or something, and the miniature is the same character, so you may be in luck. I didn't check it out, I'm here for the music, but I higly recommend you give them a watch! 💙

My cat is very sick, he's been fighting with FIV for months, and tomorrow, is the day he's scheduled to pass into the spirit realm. My partner and I have been planning for a few days to take my cat, Beau, to the river, TODAY. So he can hear running water, feel sunshine, see birbs and fish... Blue Turtle is such a huge inspiration to my own art, my own videos. I am astonished that this is the video that is posted today... I'm crying. I'm devastated. damn summer vibes... in the Philippines we're already in Christmas season during "ber" months which instead of snow we get almost non stop rain--rather than snow piling up, we get free swimming pools lol. Either way due to the rain, it makes people lonely and this is just a nice pair to the current atmosphere🤙

Dear Mother How did the Spring Planting go? Is Da still in bed after that fever? It's been a while since I've heard anything back from, home. Just know that I hope everything is going alright and that I miss you all. Summer has come at last. The Citadel is empty for the time being, since a lot of the students tend to head home or visit other places during the summer. My mentor has asked me to stay for the time being to help him with is research, which I don't mind at all. We are very close to uncovering a new spell that hasn't been seen in an age and a half! I'll tell you all about it in another letter, it will require a lot of more context. On the nonmagical side of my life here, things have been quiet for the most part. I learned about this beautiful lake not far from the city walls. I've taken to hiking around there on occasion when I'm not needed at the Citadel. The waters are so cool and clear that they remind me of the lake back home, save for the scent of the sage and wildflower meadows up the mountains that drift down with the winds. When the sun is just right... I wish you could see it. Anyway, give my best to Da and Henry, and Lilly, too. Love, Lyra

Loving the vibes! I like all the epic ones, and the chill piano and guitar ones, but the very first is still one of my favorites, which had bit more of a low-fi hip hop style, with a stronger beat and some percussive elements. I love that this one has a bit of beat throughout. Definitely will be one of my go-to’s while working! ❤

It has been many long months on the move with precious few days spent relaxing and finding full inner calm. Today will be different, however. Today marks the first day of many that our Hero has found an extended reprieve from adventuring through weaving, at times treacherous, countrysides. This peaceful midsummer's day sees our Hero making a difficult, yet necessary decision. Their questing complete - at least for now - they have embarked on a new, almost unfamiliar challenge: a holiday. Choosing just to "be", they have found a peaceful city located in a green valley, with sprawling forests all around, lying at the base of a mountain. The river feeds into a sprawling lake surrounding the city and its environs in a cool and loving embrace. Our Hero can feel the warm sunlight combining with a cool breeze whisking off the surface of the water and encircling each of their limbs as every muscle begins to relax and a warm glow softens their rigid bones. There is no saying how long this holiday will last. It will last as long as it feels prudent to enjoy it; the next quest will come when it does. Until then, our Hero answers a different kind of call: the river's call.

I hate AI art for this reason. Human crafted art will ALWAYS be superior. And robots will never be able to reproduce it.
