Survive Night Shifts - 6 Tips

As part of Ali Abdaal's PTYA the homework this week was to create a Short which is a video that is less than a minute long! So here it is!

These are definitely useful for an night shift medic. My goodness I remember doing night shifts on my rotations in nursing school, not fun. It would have been nice to have these tips back then.

Good tips girl! I would add healthy snacks cause its very easy to gain weight with unhealthy snacks during nightshifts. :)
