I’ve made two of Sandra Paul’s Nature’s Walk blankets for my sisters and they were so much fun to make and well received and loved. The information you shared about superwash yarns, designers, types of yarn, etc. is very helpful. I love your creativity! So the red bits of the “chicken” you referred to are the comb on top and the wattle under the neck. I might make one, myself!

I only found you today via Yorshire Yarn festival. It has been lovely to watch you (I'm also a English Crochet designer but I am in Brazil). Congratulations on the blanket it look amazing. I know how much work goes into writing such a large pattern! I also made an emotional upport chicken this year based on my own chickens - it was such a fun make and gives me giggle every time I see my little Lu in the house - this can be the real or crochet version as she is cheeky!
