@@WolfBrother626 if you transcribe regularly it generally isn’t really that hard to pick out the chords. It might just seem like a cherry on top but there are so many contexts where a viewer really needs chord symbols and they shouldn’t have to go the extra mile for a separate resource or having to figure out the chords themselves when the original transcriber could just throw the progression on top of the staff in another couple minutes.

Great effort on the transcription, however, there are a few mistakes that I have listed below, If anybody is curious to learn it all note for note or if you want to change it.
On the 4th beat of bar 9 he plays C#, C, B, A. Instead of C#, B, A, F#
In bar 11, on the 3+, the notes are actually G#, F#, B, G#, C instead of A, F, B, G, C#
On the 4+ of bar 12, there is a 16th note missing. It should be A, C# on the 4+ and 4a respectively
The first two 16th notes in bar 14 should actually be a dotted 16th note followed by a 32nd note
In bar 14, the first 3 notes on the 4th beat should be a 16th note triplet (G#, A, G#)
The last 8th note on bar 15 should be two 16th notes which are both low E
There should be an octave up line between the 4+ of bar 12 and 4+ of bar 15
The 3rd 16th note on beat one bar 16 is a B instead of an F
The 3e of bar 17 is not 16th notes, but rather a 16th note triplet starting on the 3+
The Eb in bar 21 should be a D#
On bar 23 on the 4+, it should be a D natural instead of a C#
Octave up on both grouping of 16th notes in bar 25
In bar 25 on the 2a, it should be a C# instead of G
