Thanks for providing all the feedback to your questions. It sounds like it might be better to get the histo. done firsts since many modern procedures depend upon removal through the vagina and It might be less problematic if that upper wound had healed before the final closure work is done.
I like the research you've done and feel you are ready to "pull that trigger." Good luck with your scheduling.

If someone is very active, I wonder if hysterectomy is even a good idea. Would there be more chance of prolapse? I know that it’s discouraged in Canada, they don’t want people having one unless it’s a last resort.

Thanks for the video. Very informative. Do either surgeons do metoidioplastys without the vaginectomy? My fear is having that removed and orgasms being “reduced”.

Yes, you can get a metoidioplasty without having a vaginectomy. In that case, you couldn't have urethral lengthening, though.
