You have improved so much since the first pageant - your eye contact with the judges/crowd is outstanding. Your outfits are spot on, the dresses are amazing! Are you doing another one? *Tip never rehearse your actual routine on stage - because of the spies, always do a mediocre routine so as not to give away any of your best work to others - save that for the actual competition time. No 'whatever subject questions' in interviews means be prepared in the subject anyway. You did great 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Could you do a follow up on what costs are like for being involved in a pageant from start to finish and how to find sponsors etc? The money was honestly why I never followed through with competing even though I wanted to!

Lauren! From one southern girl to another, congratulations!!! I live in MS, and honey, pageants are as serious as the super bowl. I just have to say, your transformation since competing in NAM is just so amazing to see- your confidence, your stage presence, everything. You did so great in your first national pageant that I was honestly so blown away at the difference because I didn’t think you could have done better!! I’m an RN now, but I used to compete in pageants, managed a formal wear store, and was a pageant coach myself! The time, effort, and dedication you put into your preparation is something not everyone understands about pageants. Your light was truly shining from within the entire week. Never ever lose that sweet disposition you have either. It is so special! Good luck to you in all your future endeavors, and know so many people are rooting for you always!

Congrats Lauren on all the awards you have got.. I was patiently waiting for this pageant vlog. When I was younger I used to take part in pageants organised by my schools. Once became 2nd runner up and once won Miss Best Hair and another time Miss Luminous Smile. These vlogs really bring back those memories-the nervousness, the excitement on the stage and most important the memories with the fellow competitors. But in recent years due to heavy study load I can't compete in these pageants. Again congrats on everything. Love ya 💜💜

Just being able to watch you in this pagent you were truly breathtaking and gave me chills' It makes me sad hearing that people were watching you and then to go as far as videoing you to help theitr daughters and others. it is one thing to ask you for help, but to hear that you were even uncomfortable in your element and cried that makes me sad for you and the political question mishap/communication as well! i love you and you are such an inspiration to others keep being you i love you tons Lauren💓!

I remember looking at Sherri hill dresses when I was a freshman thinking I would never ever get to wear one (because they were so expensive), but I ended up wearing one, I felt magical!
