    Great suggestions. It's about being aware of your body. I like to actually get out of the car at least every two hours on long trips. It's usually a quick stop, but standing up and getting out from behind the wheel helps me.

      Yes-it always starts with raising our awareness! Great idea to set a 2 hour limit to how long you drive before you stop and move around, I'm confident your body appreciates that! 😊 Keep 'up' the great work!

    I already use a lot of these ideas. Based on your recent workshop I lowered the seat a little so I could raise my eyes! The other thing I became aware of is that too often I am not sitting on both sit bones. And I’m trying to work on that now. And also I am one of those women who when I have on jeans might have my little credit card wallet in my back pocket.

      I'm so happy to hear this Louise! 😊 Much of what I teach people at the beginning is all about raising one's awareness of the many unhelpful habits that we have developed over the years. And when we begin to re-consider (or re-examine) these things we discover that by making small changes, in our everyday life, we can start feeling better. Keep it up! 👍🏼
