Elvis was the biggest and brightest 🌟 ever, EVER will be in this universe. What a performer. He never got his answer WHY HIM? What did God see in him that he failed to see himself? In the end Elvis wld have given it all back (success) just to spend a few more yrs with his Mom. Men's heart can break too. 💔

This was my first favorite song of Elvis' since I became a fan. I listened to it over and over and over from '94 to '01. I hated school so instead of doing my class assignments I would just write out the song lyrics to You Gave Me a Mountain since I couldn't actually listen to it during class.
