I met Elvis in person when I was 9 years old. I was taking kempo Karate under Ed Parker in the 70's. It was on a Saturday mid afternoon when bunch of guys walked in with Ed Parker and Elvis. I didn't know who he was. My dad looked at me and said Elvis. I remember jet black hair and the gold glasses. Stayed about an hour. I saw Aloha from Hawaii concert and said, hey there's that guy. That was cool
I guess people who are listening Elvis, feel his passion, love and all the pain. This people are heart people who’ll brings light into this grey and cold place. You can not be hateful or racist if you’re listening and feel Elvis.
The more you hear Elvis, the more you appreciate just how talented he was. I've been listening to him for 60+ years and still fall in love with him on every song.
What I like about Elvis is that he sang like he absolutely meant every word in the lyric. This is something few singers are able to convey to their audiences. The fact that Elvis didn't write his own songs doesn't really matter. What matters is how he communicated to his audience, and still does today through his recordings.
Elvis had a power in his voice and a passion in his heart for singing that was unmatched. This is yet another powerful performance. People were mesmerized by his presence and performances. Even the Beatles when they met Elvis were in awe of him. Your reaction to this appears that you are in awe of Elvis as you watch and react to these videos.
This is one of Elvis's greatest live performances. Everyone's focused on Elvis, but the drumming is out of this world. Listen to it in the choruses, just amazing.
Elvis was the biggest and brightest 🌟 ever, EVER will be in this universe. What a performer. He never got his answer WHY HIM? What did God see in him that he failed to see himself? In the end Elvis wld have given it all back (success) just to spend a few more yrs with his Mom. Men's heart can break too. 💔
Because they were so mesmerized by his VOX & charisma on stage, a lot of people didn't notice that all the while Elvis was knocking out his performances, he was conducting the orchestra with his hands & body motions & giving cues to the singers behind him.
Elvis could sing the phone book and sound fantastic! Love watching you discover him. I also close my eyes while singing! Please do Peace in the Valley! #peaceandlove
Elvis Presley is the best ❤️ Always On My Mind You've Lost That Loving Feeling You'll Never Walk Alone The Next Step Is Love ❤️ Amazing Grace 🥰 Thank You 🙏🤗
What a storyteller! That cry in his voice just breaks your heart! The great Frankie Laine first sang this song!,He too was a passionate singer but once again, Elvis made this song his own! So glad you appreciate Elvis' phenomenal music! You are going to discover many amazing songs that he performed like: My Boy. Just Pretend, Mama liked the Roses, Crying in the Chapel and his beautiful rendition of Hail Mary & Evening Prayer! Of course, I could go on & on! But I will just mention one more that you may have heard ,but is still worth mentionning : "Are you Lonesome Tonight? " We would all love to hear your reaction to any or all of these! They are pure & vintage Elvis! Its a pleasure to listen to your comments ! Thanks again & always be blessed!
This concert was televized from Hawaii around the world live. The first of its time to do that. I saw Elvis with my mom in Greensboro around the same time in 1972. I was 11 years old.
Elvis, the one and only entertainer that sings with absolute conviction, puts his entire mibd, soul and body and makes any song his very own and totally unforgettable for. No will ever have this type of passion for his fans. God bless Elvis, I can only pray that he can finally relax and know that we will never, ever forget him. The generations to follow will also know how great and fantastic he is. We love you ELVIS. You will ALWAYS BE TRULY MISSED AND FONDLY REMEMBER. YOU ARE TRULY A WONDERFUL, SPECIAL HUMAN BEING. THERE WILL NEVER BE ANYONE TO COMPARE TO YOU!!!!!!!
Jamal.. thanks for sharing ELVIS " The MAN".. I live in Alabama, this is the impact he had on my life, I thought I was Elvis groing up, every young man did,I even imitated him in show n tell. But plz watch "suspicious minds" live,or lawdy miss clawdy from 68 come back ... ELVIS..he really was "THE MAN
All your Elvis videos gets the most views and I understand that. This man is and was just amazing, when i listen to him and see him i just think about one word and that is godly, he must been sent here from god on a special mission to give us this music.
Thanks for what you are doing Jamal. We ( mature couple) LOVE that you really appreciate Elvis and you are exposing your generation to ELVIS. Good on you.
You don’t measure greatnesses by awards. Proof of someone ‘s success is by the number of people who buy and listen to your music, and attend your concerts. One only has to see how revered and great Elvis still is many decades after his death. I’m a fan of many genres of music but Elvis was in a league of his own.🎤🎼
Elvis Presley had a heart of Gold a soul to he had do much emphany within him. He was really concerated of other people s feelings esp the poor a broken hearted one a sick people.
Thanks again for an honest reaction! Elvis did EVERYTHING on stage with a genuine passion and love for the music, but also his fans. Looking forward to part 4
Greetings from belgium and I have one request for you to listen to a song called "if we never meet again by Elvis Presley " its it is a deep emotionele song played on my mom's funeral and it bring tears to your eyes. Cheers
No bright flashing lights, no lip syncing, no distracting dancers. Just a incredibly awesome band with live energy and the King to front such a concert. Way ahead of its time.
A great reaction to Elvis...most people dont realize what a tremendous voice he really had...there is always a new generation of Elvis fans coming up every day
Thank you, thank you! This is my favorite gospel song of Elvis! Even though I Love all of his songs. I’m sitting here crying from the feeling of it all.
This was my first favorite song of Elvis' since I became a fan. I listened to it over and over and over from '94 to '01. I hated school so instead of doing my class assignments I would just write out the song lyrics to You Gave Me a Mountain since I couldn't actually listen to it during class. Love love LOVEEEEEEEE this song. Thank you SO much for the vids on the King.
Also i remember aloha from Hawaii 1972 satellite concert, what an amazing event in America. I'll always Love Elvis, his spirit, humanity and that amazing voice, his gospel was amazing!
That was a great reaction to Elvis presley. Would love to see you react to the early years of Elvis presley when he was making motion pictures with great song in. Thank for reacting to the king
Jamal loved your reaction to this Elvis tune. There is a lot to sort through. He could sing rock and roll, country, ballads, gospel, or even kids songs. Now if you want to hear music from Elvis you are not use to check out these songs: Gentle On My Mind, Suspicion, So Close Yet So Far From Paradise, Edge of Reality, Separate Ways, Always On My Mind, and T R O U B L E from 1975 Elvis Today album. These are just a few for you to listen to and react if you like to.
I can sit and listen to music all day, I don't feel it the way I do when I listen to Elvis! He literally touches your soul with his passion! To me, His Gospel songs are the best!
I was blessed to see and hear him perform this song at what became his very last concert on June 26, 1977. That concert remains the most important event of my life.
You are a lucky one...at the Indy concert. Share if you would some memories. The atmosphere, Intermission, Elvis hits the stage, etc. What was going on in your head? _PEACE
There will never be another Elvis Presley EVER.
I'm 73 and I still love him and his music.
There will never be another Elvis. This guy was phenomenal!
Elvis is/was a being of light with a beautiful aura🌟🙏🌟🕺👑💞💞💞💞
Like Johnny Carson said, "If life was fair, Elvis would be alive and the impersonators would be dead!". 😎
Exactly.
Song written by Marty Robbins and sung with so much emotion by Elvis.
I have to ask, about Marty Robbins' I can remember 1 song' ❤
Marty died of the same heart problem Elvis had. However Marty died after a operation to try and fix it. Love em both.

That’s song gave me chills. Thank you for playing it. Elvis is the one and only King of rock n roll! Never be another like him.
Never be another voice like Elvis
Because of all the years of bad impersonators and cartoonish imitations of Elvis, a lot of people have forgotten how awesome he actually was.
Todd Hensley , it seems some folks needed a reminder, or to be shown for the first time, why he was so hugely popular.
@@guslakis "Popular" was a lovely quaint understatement
Todd Hensley, You nailed it...
Who else has sold over 1 billion records and counting?
Michael Jackson, right?
Elvis was a showman, a performer and an entertainer, there will never be nor has there ever been another!!!
