I would say that “chimbo” could be translated as “lame”. If something bad happens you say “qué chimbo”, like in English you would say “that’s lame”. You can also say to a person “tú si eres chimbo” to say “you are so lame”. It can also refer to things that are made or poor quality, like “esos zapatos son chimbos” if you got a pair of cheap shitty shoes. It depends of the context. Awesome video whatsoever. In Maracaibo they say Guachafa and in Caracas Guachafita.
