Hard disagree on your video stance as I just got this as a cinematographer. This global shutter, frame rates, operability and clean over sample image is great. It punches above its weight class and is very amazing at video (waaaaaay better than the a7rV and yes better than the a7siii currently before this firmware update.) it really is a great camera to shoot video on and easy to edit.

I wish they would have took the sensor out of the Sony A7iv and stacked it. That would have been a cool sensor to stack and get the 33 megapixels instead of 24. And I wish they would get away from the CF type A cards and switch to Type B cards.

This is, hands down the best and most balanced A9 iii review.That digiDirect is a camera store, makes it even more impressive.

The flip out screen isn't exactly for seeing yourself, photographers use it to get a low/high angle but can still fully see the screen

Is there a max video recording length? I know the A7M3 shuts off after around 30 mins of video recording at 4K.
