    Do you have to do this is the stock clutch not good? I’m trying to buy this 4wheeler for trails but I hear a lot about the clutches not being good.

      If you run big tires it's necessary.

    Cant Doubt a Man that is Rocking Fine Young Cannibals! You did have me worried with the Clutch puller. i thought for sure you were about to ruin the threads which would more than likely mean a New CrankShaft or in laymen's terms.... more $$$$ 😞

      Lol. I wasn't worried about stripping the puller. My impacts are pretty crappie lol. That and the cannabis keeps you from stressing out. Thanks for watching!

    CAN I PUT CF600 cvt rear variator to segway? Whole secondary I mean does it compatible?

      The stock secondary on the can am works great. Not sure about Segway.

    Hey rob what did you torque the 30mm nut to ft/lbs??

    • @RobMillerATV
      @RobMillerATV  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I can't remember. But if you watch my cvtech tune video I think I mention the torc specs

    Why you changed the oem primary bolt? And wich bolt did you put on? Thanks

    • @RobMillerATV
      @RobMillerATV  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The oem is a stud. The bolt is easier. I ordered a bolt for a 2015 I think.

    Another good video Robert. I won't be changing my clutch anytime soon but now I know how. How do you like the clutch?

    • @RobMillerATV
      @RobMillerATV  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I love it. It still needs some tuning In the secondary. I'm waiting for someone who knows more about it to guide me thru it. But i will definitely pass on anything i learn to TH-cam. Glad you liked the video! Great to get positive feedback. Thanks

    I just installed a cvtech on my 1000r xt after installing now i have trouble putting in to gear R H L what could be the problem

    • @RobMillerATV
      @RobMillerATV  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You will have to take the clutch cover off and look. Your primary shouldn't spin the secondary at idle. If it is, then u have an alignment issue, one way bearing is on backwards or the weights are way to heavy.

      @@RobMillerATV i got the cover off and primery does not spin at idle i do not know what weights i have

    • @RobMillerATV
      @RobMillerATV  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Eduardo De Leon if the secondary isn't spinning at idle then it has nothing to do with the clutch. It's probably the shifter linkage.

    Helpful to put 2 nuts on the long clutch release bolt,tighten them together and they should stay,or you could use permanent locktight
    Thanks for the videos, well done.

    Cvtech says torque spec is 133 fp

    • @RobMillerATV
      @RobMillerATV  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      For the nut that holds the outer clutch to the inner yes. But the bolt that holds the clutch to the shaft is only 75 to 80 pf.
