Mission accomplished! That's why I do the videos. Glad I could help. Thanks for commenting as well. Check out my other videos, iv done a few modification videos on this quad.
I love it. It still needs some tuning In the secondary. I'm waiting for someone who knows more about it to guide me thru it. But i will definitely pass on anything i learn to TH-cam. Glad you liked the video! Great to get positive feedback. Thanks
Helpful to put 2 nuts on the long clutch release bolt, tighten them together and they should stay,or you could use permanent locktight Thanks for the videos, well done.
You will have to take the clutch cover off and look. Your primary shouldn't spin the secondary at idle. If it is, then u have an alignment issue, one way bearing is on backwards or the weights are way to heavy.
Love the channel sir, very helpful
Great video buddy very informative seeming how I just got the 2021 outlander Xmr 1000r this is very useful

@@RobMillerATV indeed I will
Another good video Robert. I won't be changing my clutch anytime soon but now I know how. How do you like the clutch?

Do you have to do this is the stock clutch not good? I’m trying to buy this 4wheeler for trails but I hear a lot about the clutches not being good.
If you run big tires it's necessary.
3500km and iv had an antifreeze leak fixed by warranty and blew 2 front shocks.
Good vid.
Thanks Jason.
Hey rob what did you torque the 30mm nut to ft/lbs??
I can't remember. But if you watch my cvtech tune video I think I mention the torc specs
Why you changed the oem primary bolt? And wich bolt did you put on? Thanks
The oem is a stud. The bolt is easier. I ordered a bolt for a 2015 I think.
CAN I PUT CF600 cvt rear variator to segway? Whole secondary I mean does it compatible?
The stock secondary on the can am works great. Not sure about Segway.
I just installed a cvtech on my 1000r xt after installing now i have trouble putting in to gear R H L what could be the problem

@@RobMillerATV i got the cover off and primery does not spin at idle i do not know what weights i have
@Eduardo De Leon if the secondary isn't spinning at idle then it has nothing to do with the clutch. It's probably the shifter linkage.
@@RobMillerATV i tried adjusting it but still no change
@Eduardo De Leon I'm out of ideas. Sorry
Cvtech says torque spec is 133 fp
For the nut that holds the outer clutch to the inner yes. But the bolt that holds the clutch to the shaft is only 75 to 80 pf.
Tap on it
I wouldn't take any advice from this guy
