  • This video will show the process on painting patina rust effect with spray cans. Main focus will be paint job but there's some process on interior and wiring. This is one of many ways to do modeling, try as many ways as you can and have fun.
    Sandpaper grits are
    1000 and 2000 for prep
    1000 for patina effect.
I glued the running boards backwards. Happy little accident.

    (1) Nice paint job. (2) I really love your paint booth, I too "do not "nor cannot spray inside my house. Out side under a shade tree. I find a large cheap plastic tote does the trick, I use to use cardboard boxes but sometimes the wind would kick up and blow them away. (3) I also use spray cans about 60 % of the time. Sometimes it a chore to set up my airbrush, then break it down and clean it out.

This video has so much potential. I'd recommend revisiting the technique demonstration with the following changes :
    - Ditch the music. Life and videos don't always need a musical score. Instead, do a voiceover explaining what you're doing and why.
    - Slow down the video.
    - If the video content includes scenes that have nothing to do with the technique, mention what you've done to lead up to that step, but just delete the unnecessary video instead of fast forwarding through it.
    - 1:07 in and the music has become annoying. I had to stop. I guarantee if you make the recommended changes, you'll ger more views, comments, and subscriptions. Good luck 👍
