  • For interior seats use Double sided tape (hobby lobby, hobby stores will carry it)
    This video will show the process on painting patina rust effect with spray cans. Main focus will be paint job but there's some process on interior and wiring. This is one of many ways to do modeling, try as many ways as you can and have fun.
    Sandpaper grits are
    1000 and 2000 for prep
    1000 for patina effect.
    I glued the running boards backwards. Happy little accident.

    Well done and a very authentic looking patina compaired to many who attempt this look. I am considering possibly trying to do a pantina on a 57 chevy gasser style diorama I want sitting in an old looking garage up on jack stands to have the look of an old race car forgotten for years missing a bunch of parts. I enjoyed your little series on the steps involved here
