This process is so simple (well, you make it look simple) but also so professional looking. The design works so well with the overall design of the van. The blues and gold throw some striking colours in with the gray. Really goes to show the value of renovating old cushions etc.

If using a leatherette material on similar cushion with buttons can I recover but not put buttons on new covering, thanks in advance

I don't see why not. I'm guessing you might have some slight 'baggy' issues though especially if using somethig as thick as leatherette.
