- In this Lost Mine of Phandelver DM Guide to Goblin Arrows, we guide you, the Dungeon Master, in the first adventure in the Lost Mines of Phandelver known as Goblin Arrows. In this guide, we give suggestions on how to introduce your campaign to your players, guide you through the first combat encounter of the adventure, the trip to, and the running of Cragmaw Hideout, likely your first ever dungeon you'll be running as a dungeon master.

Gonna dm this module for the first time to my close friends, ive dmed before but this is my first time dming for a group of players more than 2. Im a bit nervous about how im gonna keep dungeon alive but this video helped me relax and ive noted some important tips. Kudos

Just found your videos. I’ve played dnd on and off for many many years. Never dm’d before but I will attempt it soon for a pair of my friends. I love your videos so far. Only thing, as someone else who speaks very quickly, maybe try to consciously slow it down? It’s a bit hard to follow sometimes when you’re giving me new information. I appreciate all your work tho!
