@@BlueCollarDM As for side-quests to cover, Redbrand's Hideout is the most obvious, but I think Thundertree and specifically Venomfang is the most interesting and challenging for a new DM to cover (TPK's, dragon's cunning/intelligence, resolutions that aren't as written, etc.)
Really helpful format, very usefull and condensed, as opposed to 2-hour videos with useless details. You only give what will be needed, and that's very respectful, have a sub.
As someone who's new to DMing, this series is really helpful and I would encourage you to keep up the great work.
Well thank you! I have setup a little bit of a system for editing now for the time being so they should come along a little quicker lol

@@IASGATG1 That side quest was the one that always came to mind for the exact reasons you just stated. Definitely a challenge for new DMs!

Thanks for the amazing video!
Keep the shirt. Will be a nice signature.
To new DMs with print copy. Write in the book page numbers on where the quest begins. And have your players take notes to include page numbers.
100x this. Feel like we forget these are our copies now. Mark them up to your hearts content!
Hi first time DM here and I tried running this campaign with my wife. How do you play dungeons with no grid or map?
