A well thought out review. I appreciate the perspectives you chose to employ, especially from a design and engineering standpoint. So many people are completely unaware of those aspects.
I like it. I just wish it was a shrouded hammer design and not striker fired. Thanks for reviewing it. The sight discussion and demonstration was extremely helpful.
You can adjust the firing pin protrusion by trimming some of the plastic parts of the striker assembly. (That should make it less ammo picky, if done correctly.) My main problem with the 365 family is the random trigger return spring life. Some of them last thousands and thousands of rounds, some do not. (SIG sells them in 3 packs.)
I would prefer the safety on a pistol I'm going to pocket carry! I don't have an issue with my jframe but that trigger is a lot different than what a P365 has

That offset scope looks interesting.

I'm a huge fan of the 365. My edc is 365xl.. literally replaced my Browning HP.
1 round less capacity, and half the weight.

I own a Sig 365 SAS...it takes getting used to.
The flush sights is made for MinuteOfMan at conversion distances. Beyond that is pray TheLord guide your hands.
Pistol in a pocket = fail
Pistol without a round in the chamber = fail
