Well Lesson: Before you call in the Plumber, check it yourself! Pump running, never builds up pressure - what could possibly cause that? All the valves (faucets) in the house are closed, the PumpTrol's working, there isn't a flooding in the house or at the pressure tank. So, go out to the well, remove the cover and take a look. Years ago, in Florida, our water bill was too high. I went to the meter at the street and noticed the grass wasn't greener on the other (city) side. Dug under that patch of lush green grass to discover a leak in 'our' pipe. Got a SS Hose clamp and a piece of rubber; turned the city valve off; clean the area around the leak; laid the rubber over the pinhole and secured it with the Hose Clamp. We sold that property years later and, I suspect, my repair is still holding tight.
Had a well pump in NC run our electric bill up, went to the well head, found a and replaced a cracked fitting and that was 'years ago.' Since, I put in a pump monitor circuit that includes an HOUR METER and a Light and Sound Signal device so that any 'constant running' of the well pump (our controls and pressure tank are down in the basement) will be noticed long before the issue shows up on our Electric Bill!
When our PRESSURE TANK failed a couple weeks ago, the pump was cycling frequently. I did some ONLINE research and discovered my WellMate Fiberglass pressure tank bladder had failed (after nineteen years). They wanted $250 just for the replacement bladder so I went with a Larger Tank from HD for $200. I figure I will save the WellMate in case I need to install a Pressure tank OUT OF DOORS in which case $250 for the replacement bladder might make more sense. I have NO IDEA what a plumber would have charged me to come look at my 'problem' but I'll bet I came in (under $300) way cheaper than had I hired someone to replace the pressure tank, 10" T-fitting, pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, Pumptrol Control Switch, drain valve, shut-off valve - plus the removal of the old system and rewiring the lot.
Three hundred to replace a fitting - sounds like he knew a friendly plumber!
Love what he's doing to his sheds.

Plåtreglar är väldigt användbart och lätt att jobba med . Har själv erfarenhet av det ser riktigt bra ut , det kommer att bli stabilt 👍

I bought full length sheets and screwed them directly to the hoops with self drilling screws that had rubber washers. Same all the way down. The top sheet is centered at the top of the building and I worked my way down from there.
