the thought crossed my mind on the PPF, but the more I researched it, it sounded less and less appealing. Between it yellowing over time, and being super expensive to apply/reapply. It seemed to me like just getting the fascia repainted every 20 years is not such a bad deal
@@CaptainThirdGen I was just curious. AmmoNYC and several other detailers on TH-cam apply it on the fancy cars, and it seems like a good idea. But nothing is perfect.
yep! im still kickin. Have been busy with work and family stuff. Ive been doing some cool car stuff behind the scenes as well! Will have some cool update videos in the next few weeks. Some c4 stuff, lots of 79 camaro stuff, and even some C5 stuff as well!
@@CaptainThirdGenvery good. The weather is nice and I'm here when you're ready. I've actually been thinking about adding a C5 to go with my fourth gen Firebirds, so I'm looking forward to that.
I know a guy selling a trans am 1986 bandit edition for 1500 he claims it has not miles it’s been rotting out side his apartment and I was wonder if it is an good investment to rebuild and sell?
Good plans. Have you thought about the clear ppf film on the front? And I would suggest window tint, but that's just my preference.

@@michaelm3381 Window tint may be in the cards. I generally like the way darker windows look.
@@CaptainThirdGen I have 20% on my Firebirds and I love it.
Are you still alive Captain? I miss your videos!
