Escuse me 3 weeks later is the camera in bad quality. I thought what i see on the cam it will be the same as the picture but actualy not. I just used some rubbing alcohol to fix the lens but anyway thanks for trying to help :)

It's because the surface on the glass of camera lens is full of scratches so light gets scattered and thats why the photo comes blurry. But when sticking Tape, the adhesive on tape fills the scratches and the light goes straighy into the lens. Its microscopic thing. The uneven surface of the camera lens. The cello tape fills it.
