I had the Big Easy for 3 years and then I watch both of you and I decided it was time to do something it was hard not having the wife around but the turkey oh man oh man oh man that white meat was so juicy now I'm watching both of you to see what else I can cook on The Big Easy❤

I'm making my first prime rib today on xmas, was thinking of doing it in the charbroil, but its way too cold outside lol.
Looks fantastic! Only thing I'd have done is put a pan under this to catch the drippings to use. Hope you and yours are having a Great Christmas. Thanks.
This cooker does catch the dripping to use for gravies and such. We did catch the drippings in it. But just disposed of them because we had the horse radish sauce.

It was a short sleeve shirt it was in the 60’s° here that day. It sort of cold this weekend though. Supposed to be back up in the 70’s by New Year’s Day.
Big Lou I feel for your brother I lost my wife on the 2020 in between you and Roselle and my first turkey on The Big Easy had a customer sell it to me for $50 that was the best investment I ever made in my life it was still brand new in the box and that turkey especially the white meat would melt in your mouth❤
I've got a 7 lb choice rib roast in the freezer that I got over Christmas on sale for $3.97 per lb. Can't wait to do it on the Big Easy. I just wish there was a way to impart some smoke.

Yes, you need the SRG for that, but you could try a smoker box.
