    I absolutely love all of your videos, you’ve helped me tremendously in learning how to work with all of these special treats! I see yourself and many others saying orders are made same day, so they’re fresh and don’t sweat (for all treats) - I’m wondering how many orders you can take in a day as one person? I’m interested in selling but idk how many daily orders are reasonable

    I loved this video. I make chocolate covered strawberries but I have trouble getting my candy melts in that consistency. And also ... every time I put the chocolate in the sleeve to drizzle for some reason it hardens at the tip.. any ideas why?

      Hi Wendi, thank you for watching and congrats on starting your new baking journey! No need to refrigerate the chocolate, unless that’s just what you prefer, but I store the chocolate at room temperature. Hope this helps! ✨

      Hi Lina, thank you!
      Yes, you can try different brands but keep in mind that not all brands of chocolate melt down easily. If you are looking for store bought chocolate, try Ghiradhelli melting wafers. Hope this helps!

    • @calthebaker-ctb750
      @calthebaker-ctb750  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, each container of chocolate comes with a “best by” date. I believe it has a shelf life around 3 months but I go through my containers of chocolate pretty fast so I’ve never had it longer than one month & it holds up just fine.

    • @calthebaker-ctb750

      Hi! Sorry for the delay! The molds really help to give them this clean, inform look. You could dip the Oreos individually but the result would be different.

    Hi by putting them in the freezer please how do you store it to avoid sweating?

    • @calthebaker-ctb750
      @calthebaker-ctb750  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      ‪‬I only pop them in the freezer for a couple of minutes to solidify the chocolate. That is the only time I freeze them. If your oreos are sweating, you may have left them in the refrigerator/freezer too long.
      To store them, I place them on a sheet tray wrapped tightly and leave them on the countertop at room temperature (in a cool setting). I always make all treats to order so I typically store them the night before for the next day.
