    One question: as you said that statins and macrolide antibiotics will compete for the said enzyme leading to toxicity. But can the be given at different times of the day to avoid reduced metabolism?

      It depends on the type of drug & its level of inhibition of the enzyme. Some drugs will show no interaction while changing there duration while some of drugs will still show interaction. For example Meropenem and Valproate sodium.

    So would this make my suboxone last longer ?
