I like this model. I understand the carpet but not a fan. They do like to use pavers for the driveway and entry, which is nice. Like most, the CDD is not liked 😂 Many builders charge you $5k per tray ceiling... very expensive. I do like the master and don't like closets in the bathrooms, which works here.
