There are a lot of great upgrades in this house. Wonderful that the pantry is just off of the garage because when you go to Costco you can go from the garage right into the pantry. Refrigerator is where it is at! This house is unfortunately is lacking in the common area. Front door area has no foyer. Your daughter did a fantastic job. Such a pretty young lady.
Tremendous value here for the price. The island...it's more like a microwave table... I'd toss it. A very nice house. Sure, the master bath is Victorian style Goth😮 but I could get used to it. I like the exterior appeal and the house is rather inexpensive.... The driveway defies all reason...😂 Great tour, and It's a great deal. Thanks 🎉
The house is a nice size but im not feeling that movable island nor the color it's way to small. The bathroom vanity and accent wall is designed very nice. Your daughter did great😊
Personally, I would use the mobile island for a workstation inside the garage 😂. You can build your own island how you want it. The 2 most expensive things are countertop and a sink. ... the countertop because buying a fancy rock and it's 1 large slap. The sink because you will.need need to cracked the floor and add pluming . You can do a very nice top with no sink for under 1k cash. Even lower if you invite your amigos 😂.
